Kevin and Sabina at the Shafter location are exceptionally wonderful and truly unique individuals. They were compassionate in these hard times in the passing of our loved one. Sabina and Kevin are the most humble and kind people and made the process of our services so simple. They are so loving and helping families and treat you as you are their own family.

Basham and Lara were both really wonderful to us in our time of need when my grandfather passed away. I highly recommend the services. My family and I had a great experience. Thank you Sabina & Kevin for making things easier during the difficult time.

Unfortunately we had to put our love one to rest couple months ago since the moment we walked in the establishment we were greeted by Sabina she was very professional and kind she took our information down..we then talked to Kevin whom talked to us about our options for services kevin was also very kind and patient with us both Kevin and Sabina were very professional. The day of the service came they made sure our family was comfortable and made sure our wishes were obey. We changed couple things multiple times since we wanted a beautiful farewell for our love one not once did they get frustrated with us Kevin and Sabina were understanding and compassionate threw out the whole process. I would highly recommend Basham & Lara Funeral Care

A Great experience with all the staff from Basham funeral home in Shafter, Ca.
Unfortunately,We had a family member pass away and was very new to what needed to come next and how to deal with a love one passing away. The staff at Basham guided us through the process and made everything so easy and simple to understand. A year or so later unfortunately another family member passed away and yet again the staff at Basham funeral home Shafter made things easy and very comforting. So wonderful and kind..professional they convey such caring feelings…they treat you and your loved one with respect, dignity and compassion!! They have taken care of my Mom and my Aunt… and now our young cousin. I would not hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend them.. they will put your mind at ease during a very difficult time!!
Losing a love one is never easy and there is a lot to deal with, but having a staff like those at Basham Funeral home in Shafter, helping you along the way, makes things much easier. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you again to Sabina and Kevin for all your help and everything you do for the community.
Forgot to mention they also have a sitting area to have coffee and water to have private area moment
