With the death of a spouse, it was very difficult to move forward. The funeral director, Jason Strawser walked me through the process and what to expect. He asked appropriate questions so that he could provide the church and cemetery direction as to the type of service we wanted. He coordinated visitation and church services with our local church and also made sure the cemetery was prepared for the gravesite services. Jason called daily, just to let me know that everything was going according to plan and if I had concerns or questions.
I can't express my thanks to him for his taking charge of this during a very difficult period. I would recommend Jason and Strawser Funeral Home without hesitation.response / report this review -

Jason met with us after my wife's passing and was extremely easy to work with and was very caring. The visitation went very well and the following day of the Funeral was conducted perfectly. While this is a difficult time, I could not be more pleased with the Services provided by Strawser and Staley Funeral Homes.

An absolutely amazing group of people at Strawser Funeral Home. We couldn’t have went anywhere that would’ve made this any easier than these fine folks did. Jason treated us like family. I can’t say enough good things about Them. We are very thankful and blessed to have met and worked with them thank you Jason and Rhonda, Thomas and all the others, that made it a seamless and Comforting experience.

I am incredibly thankful we used Strawser Funeral Home to coordinate my mothers viewing & funeral Service/ burial arrangements . We were met at every twist & turn with personalized attention , detailed information & choices that helped us finalize plans easily. The coordination of the day of services went very smoothly & Jason managed his team efficiently to stay on top of our needs. He delivered all the flower arrangements & ( my Mothers jewelry )to our home personally afterwards & provided us with all the post funeral recommendations immediately . So helpful & allowed us to focus on our out of town guests. Excellent experience @ Strawser in Blue Ash .

My sister passed away unexpectedly in mid January and the Strawser funeral home were amazing through the whole process. They supported our family in putting together a very nice celebration of life! They were so accessible and quick to return communications. Special shout out to Jason and Rhonda who we worked closely with. They made even our smallest requests happen and helped make the experience very smooth with no stress! They were great! Definitely would recommend.
