This is by far one of the worst providers. Their cemetery on Greenwood Road in Tower City is constantly neglected. People have paid for perpetual care and it is rarely done. No mowing and no trimming. Debris and limbs scattered. Maybe it's time for some legal action.

Experience and helpfulness was good. The only problem was the makeup done was a very poor job. Blush and lipstick did not cover my mother whole face or lips. Looked like a s.all child was playing with makeup. Not happy how she looked.

I was not impressed at all with this establishment. When I went to pick up my loved ones remains, we were told it would be ready in the morning, no one answered the phone, when we got there the man said "I'm going to have to go find him". Also, when we walked into the "office" we walked in on them having a meeting with someone else about their loved ones arrangements. You would expect a bit more professionalism with the line of business they are in. Very disappointed with our experience.

Everyone I came in contact with was very kind and compassionate, and very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. I only knew a few basics of what my friend wanted who passed away suddenly, and they were able to provide me with very doable options and explained each one completely and fully. I never felt that they pushed me into doing anything I was uncomfortable with or could not afford, but showed me ways to give my friend a very beautiful and tasteful service. I would gladly call on this company to walk me thru this painful experience, should the need arise again.
