Everyone was so pleasant and nice to work with, especially patient with us. Anything we asked for was taken care of. I would highly recommend Baldauff Funeral home.

My mother died suddenly and Baldauff's was very responsive, kind and caring. They walked me through the entire process and were extremely respectful not only of my family but of my mother. In such a difficult time I was very grateful with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. One thing I liked very much is that they have an onsite crematorium. Somehow that made me feel comforted and it seemed more personal. They offer to let the family view the body before cremation. It is not required but I thought that was a very special touch for those who would like to say a final goodbye to their loved one. I could not be happier with their service and I felt my mom and our family was in good hands.

Baldauff has helped my family with both my Mom’s and uncle’s arrangements about a year apart. They were kind and helpful when I went with my step-Dad for my Mom and made everything easy when I had to make arrangements from Maryland for my uncle. They also patiently answered all of my questions because I couldn’t be there to talk everything through. I hope you don’t need their services anytime soon but I would recommend them for all of your needs.

Steve Baldauff was such a wonderful help when my father died. He was very kind and patient as he walked my mother and me through the process of making decisions about the cremation, urn, funeral cards, and everything. He was kind enough to dress my father in his favorite outfit so that we could see him one last time before the cremation, and helped coordinate all of the arrangements with the church. He made a difficult time a little bit easier.
