Chuck Norman was my salesman at Bartow Ford. He was very knowledgeable about power trains and options and explained everything I asked about. He put me in a vehicle that would do what I wanted to do. No haggling or games just straight forward business dealings. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford product.

I didn't go in to purchase a vehicle. I went in to look around and just get a feel for what I thought might be a good fit for me. I was treated with respect from the moment I arrived. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my lifetime. A lot! Working with Randy, Mike and the others at Bartow Ford was a unique experience to me. The atmosphere of the dealership is relaxed where you can browse on your own, ask questions if you have some and not feel intimidated by having someone follow you around. There was not any flimflam going on with trade in values. The pricing I saw on the internet was exactly what was shown to me when a deal was presented and the starting point for a discussion.

I never walked into Bartow Ford before last week. In 26 years of living back in the area, what a mistake that has been. If I had only known what a gem this place was I could have saved a lot of headaches and a lot of money!

I didn't go in to purchase a vehicle But I sure left with a brand new shiny one, a new set of friends that seem like family and a wonderful experience that I a more than willing to share with others. I would highly recommend giving them a shot.

We looked at various competing mid-size subs. We then went to Bartow Ford and spoke with Diana from whom we had purchased an Edge several years ago. Its easy to see why she is one of their top sales persons. She is friendly, easy to talk with and strives to match a vehicle that is best suited to each individual customer. The overall dealership experience was much better than we had at other locations. We definitely recommend Bartow Ford and Diana to anyone considering a vehicle purchase, even if it's not a Ford.

Bought our new Explorer Sport at Bartow Ford with Andre The Giant". What a great experience!! There was no haggle as we felt the price they submitted to us was very fair based on all our research. Andre is a super guy and knows his job and loves it!! One of owners came over to make sure we were happy with our deal. It's clear customer service is one of their highest commitments. If you need a new car go see Andre, he'll take great care of you. LOVE MY NEW CAR!!

I had a great experience at Bartow Ford. It lived up to every good thing I'd heard about the dealership. I was assisted by Dylan, who was very helpful and kind. He worked hard for several days to find just the right car for me, and even stayed late to close the deal once I'd decided on one. I really appreciate his efforts because I ended up with a beautiful car that exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend both him and Bartow Ford itself to anyone seeking a vehicle. Elias Hernandez the vast salesman ever! He spent time getting to know me and worked on a great deal for 11 hrs for me and was able to deliver to me what I wanted. And then the process in the finance department with Ms. Shannon was the greatest! She explained everything in DETAIL and helped me through the process! Very friendly and made you feel like family! Would recommend them to anyone!
