  I purchased a kitchen aid fridge along with several other appliances,used the fridge for 2 weeks when all the inside led lights went off.Called for service had to wait 2 weeks.Service showed up today and we were told a circuit board had to be ordered however this is on back order.So probably another several weeks before it gets fixed.
  Called Baron's today and asked for the fridge to be replaced with a new one seeing as how this one broke after 2 weeks,everyone seems to think it's no big deal because it's only lights that are broken.This should not happen on a brand new appliance and we were told this problem doesn't meet the criteria for replacement.
  I am very upset and disappointed with Baron's I had always done business with Dracet appliance in the past with no problems ever.My kitchen designer sent us to Baron's worst mistake we ever made will never do business with this company again.

  I cannot say enough about Sebastian Gaglione in the Manchester Baron’s store!
  
  We recently completed a kitchen and bath renovation in our Hopkinton, NH, home, and worked with Sebastian to purchase all of our appliances: cooktop, hood, wall oven, speed oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Sebastian came highly recommended from a friend and no wonder. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable! He returns phone calls and emails promptly, even on his day off. He carefully considered all of our needs – we have an antique home – and then worked with us to find the best appliances at the best pricing. In one case, he price-matched, standing behind Baron’s lowest price guarantee. In the past we have worked with big box stores, but never again. No one can match Baron’s product quality and pricing, and Sebastian’s outstanding service! He even submitted rebate offers for us. I know that Sebastian is a phone call or email away, should we need any additional help or guidance, as we enjoy our new appliances in the years ahead. Thank you, Sebastian!

  These guys were fantastic, I prices everything I wanted here and went to a few store like home Depot and others to price check and Barons was 35% less expensive for the same product. Sebastian was fantastic easy to work with. Highly recommend Barons

  Went to Baron's to pick out appliances for my Sons new home. Sebastian was the salesperson who help us, he did a fantastic job selecting the right appliances and finding great rebates from the manufacturer we selected. Very happy with the products and the service.

  Yesterday we received our Stackable Bosch 300 Series Washer & Dryer. We want to thank Derek Anderson for all his assistance in showing us the choices available in Stackable Washers & Dryers for our Condo. Also Kudos to the two guys who delivered & installed the units. They did a very good job. Thanks Barons.

  Got my Washer & Dryer from Baron's Major Brands Appliance today and what a pleasant surprise! Tom and Zac from HS Express were early. I never dreamed that would be possible. Everything went very well, Tom and Zac were very knowlegable and extremely courteous.

  Arrived here only to check the place out and their prices. Left with a dishwasher and fridge. The gentleman that helped us was very informative about each product and brand name and not at all pushy. The sales people here do not work on commision so if you have a budget, they will find you what you need within that budget and not try to push something else at more cost. Plus, when we go to purchase our stove, the package price will be offered even though we bought things at different times. Can't beat that!
  
  The delivery people were also great. Right on time and very patient considering our doorways are small and they could barely fit the fridge through.
  
  I truly recommend Baron's for any major type appliances over Sears or Best Buy.
