Really nice place to stay. Clean and friendly. Just can't give it 5 stars because the beds were super hard. Hardly slept and then having to travel wasn't fun. My son even complained and he never complains when we stay in a hotel.

We always stay at this Best Western. The pet friendly rooms are clean, and don’t smell.
The Cracker Barrel actoss the parking lot means you don’t have to get back into the car to look for a Restaurant.response / report this review -

Very customer centered hotel. Staff are happy and easy going. The hotel was decorated nicely, provided a great breakfast and went out of their way to find more information concerning an attraction we were interested in. We will definitely return!

The room was very nice and clean. Outstanding breakfast for a hotel. The overall apperience of the hotel was nice and clean. Staff there was very helpful and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Nicely located.. right off I-77. Rooms and lobby are a bit dated. Staff was very nice and helpful. Not sure if the A/C in our room was busted or not but it took all night to cool the room down resulting in us tossing and turning all night. They didn't really have much for breakfast but there is a Cracker Barrel right next door.

Annually have this our stopover after driving for 10+ hours. Look forward to their cleanliness, visually appealing, beds comfortable, bright lighting, good hot breakfast but they add the delicious cinnamon raisin bread to their selection, well managed. Lighting is not dim & excellent parking lot lighting as well. Also, several good restaurants around hotel.

Our room was wonderful! Bed was large, had a large jacuzzi tub, and great internet! We stayed here for one night and it was a nice little getaway.

We came into town for an overnight stay, and were instantly impressed by the sweet tea offered upon arrival. The check in progress was easy, swift and we were even given a small gift upon check in for rewards status! Thoroughly enjoyed the location too. The one and only MINOR complaint we had was the comfort of the beds - we had a king size non smoking room and the bed was super uncomfortable and hard, but everything else was perfect. Replace the beds and y'all will be a force to be reckoned with! Thank you!! Amanda & Chris

Large room. Decent beds, nice and cold AC. Reasonably priced and very close to the wine festival! Probably the nicest best western I've stayed in even if it is a little on the old side. Most things have been updated.

We stayed at this BW on April 20th, 2017.
The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.
I left my bag in the room accidentally. We were on the road about 3 hours when I realized it. I called the front desk and the clerk, Steve Kenny was fantastic, he found my bag and mailed it to me overnight.
The hotel manager Bob Patel was also a part of getting the bag to me.
I was very happy when I received the bag via Fed Ex.
