Wish I could give a zero. Return policy is a joke. Bought a book and paid with part gift card and part cash. Returned the book within the 14 day window and was given only store credit. Why wasn’t my cash refunded? It’s too bad Barnes and Noble is the only book store remaining. Wonder how much longer they’ll last. Go Amazon Go.
Probably has every book in history, great service and a story time might every Friday for kids.
Don't expect the online prices! These people who work here have no knowledge! They don't know much about books but they can look something up and see if they have it in stock! I'd rather order online! I can't believe they sell some of the books containing propoganda!
Great book store. Very well organize! My kids love the little reading area upstairs.
Very helpful staff. Friendly and on task! Love this store. There café area is peaceful to study, read and grab a bite to eat.
Fantastic bookstore and cafe. We drove over 60 miles to enjoy the wonderful book and magazine selections. Highly recommended.
Love Barnes and Noble. Great for summer readers and especially good prices. Friendly people and good coffee.
Excellent selection! Only B&N I know of that had an esculater inside.
It's well organized, tidy, and the employees are friendly.
This B&N is not particularly better than any other B&N. They are all good at provide comfortable service! But, operating the escalators continuously during the business hours is against my idea of the efficient energy conservation! Bad, bad, baaaaaad interior design!
The employees are really nice and they have a large selection of books there is also a small Starbucks inside and if you need help they will always be glad to help
They are in the habit of only carrying the newer items. Older stock seems to be something that's hard to get, but it's doable. As well priced as they used to be, but still unless fairly decent pricing.
