Looking for a book their system said they had in the store. The response when it couldn't be found? "Ohyeahprobably been reshelved somewhere. I don't know where to tell you to look.". Less than helpful. At the very least, in a bookstore, know where your books are shelved.

This Barnes and Noble is huge. They even have a second floor! I love going to Barnes and Noble to relax or shop with a friend. Their prices have always been high, and unfortunately you can get everything cheaper on Amazon anyways. I hope they don't go out of business, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

Great customer service. They didn't have the book I wanted, but a very nice employee called another one of their stores to make sure they had it. They put in hold for me and had it ready when I got there 30 minutes later to pick it up.

Since they're across the street from me, I decided to walk over and look for a book I wanted. There were 8+ shelves of books in the category I was looking in, and the books weren't sorted by author or title. I spent time looking for the book, and looking for an associate to look up the book for me. They were absent the entire time. Their directions online basically said "either find it yourself or ask one of us to do it." After neither option proved fruitful for 25 minutes, I finally went home and ordered the book with Amazon Prime, since they never disappoint.

Stores like this are the reason brick and mortar book stores will be dead before my children reach college. We don't have time for places that can't bother to service your needs OR provide you with a way to do it yourself. Today I tried to give you the chance to prove otherwise, and you sold me on Amazon-- I paid less, paid no shipping, and the book will be here in less than 2 days.

The staff was extremely friendly, useful and the coffee was great. This is a really nice store with wide aisles, comfortable seating, and a inviting atmosphere.

Just like you were expecting, it's a Barns and Noble. Purpose built, the layout is very similar to other Barns and Nobles. There is a coffee shop, decently sized selection of magazines including the request benches to sit and read them on, a mediocre selection of contemporary fiction, a smallish selection of sci-fi, and a few small sections of nonfiction. Free usually ample parking, which is sorta' strange in otherwise overcrowded Sugar House. A decent place to grab something to read. I like it.

Love the educator card. It saves classrooms 20%. We've found some great research books for our classes. Sometimes you can greet a coupon receipt to Starbucks.

This location is huge (the only one I've been to with two floors)! It's also very pretty. I had a lot of fun exploring the aisles and looking at books the old fashioned way. The employees were also nice.

Unfortunately Barnes & Noble is overpriced when you compare most in store prices to ones on Amazon. They're pushing this subscription service to save a lot more money when shopping with them but overall I still think you'd lose money. However, this is a great place to get a book immediately if you don't want to wait for shipping.

I gave 5 stars because being overpriced is a thing at every Barnes & Noble and most people already know that anyways so my rating is for this location itself. If I were to rate Barnes & Noble as a whole, I'd give them 3 stars.

Well, it's Barnes & Noble They have books lots of them. If they don't have what you're looking for they can probably get it in unless it's done rare collectors edition or discontinued. They have music (CDs and vinyl), movies (DVD and Blu-ray) and board games. Pretty much each of their stores I've been to are great.

I love this location. It's quite large and the surrounding area is wonderful. I've had a lot of fun nights grabbing some pizza down the street then wandering this Barnes and Noble. Great stop if that's your kind of thing :) Friendly staff as well.

It's two stories, has so many books, so many awesome people that work there. It always feels really clean. I love coming here to find a new book. Staff is super helpful, and it has a great atmosphere.

Typically quiet. Good selection. Lines can sometimes move slow. I gave it only four stars as the staff usually ask for a phone number then email during check out. I personally do not like providing this info. They also ask for your zip code. I assume for tax reasons which does not make sense to me. Shouldn't I pay taxes based on the store location not my home location.

The Starbucks here didn't pay attention to my order, and didn't even write it on the cup.

I asked for a Venti White Choc Mocha at 140°F (just a bit warmer than kids temp) Something I order very frequently just at locations in California.

They decided to make the milk piping hot; which burned my tongue.

I took it back up, actually apologized and asked if they could please remake it because it's extremely hot and I waited 5 minutes with the lid off hoping it would cool, but I really just need to drink it and get going

The associate goes "Then you want it lower than 140, cause I steamed it and it was at 140." I'm sorry but 140° is not going to be hot enough to feel outside of the cardboard sleeve. So I call bullshit. Also why would she look at the side of the cup and go "It isn't written on the cup" if she knew she made it correctly?
