Great facility. Small, intimate setting. We were close to the performers.
The performances are quite amazing and the professionalism of the performers are exquisite. Sadly, I must concede that the staff I had encountered were unprofessional. My wife, the reviewer, had left a will call ticket In my name. As I approached the box office I was told that there was no ticket for me. The manager and her two workers simply looked for a few moments to inform me no ticket with my name was no where to be found. I had to wait for almost two hours in the lobby. After the performance had ended and I located my wife, once again the reviewer, we once again approached the box office. The ticket was found almost immediately. The box office worker said she misspelled "Michael". That is hard to believe yet I accepted albeit without any apology. This was a terrible display of unprofessionalism and overall apathy toward its patrons. I will be submitting this issue to the owners of the establishment.
The Barlow Arts and Conservatory's rendition of the famous ballet 'The Nutcracker' was so much fun. It a must see every year!
A good venue, if a bit over priced. Comfortable seating, good visibility pretty much everywhere, quality sound.
So many fun memories here. Dance recitals, plays, concerts. This venue had a special place in heart.
Clean facilities. Great staff who are friendly, respectful, and well mannered. Our ballet performance was great!
My daughter dances there. This year they were even better than last year
The establishment was clean. Volunteer ushers were nice. Not enough parking!
Great performances on stage and fabulous art in the lobbies. Some of the seats are missing numbers which can make finding your seat a little difficult at times.
Acoustics are not terrible. Good angles from all seats. Restrooms aren't too bad.
Great venue sometimes the big band sound doesn't get Amplified up into the upstairs. Good shows.
Very nice facility employees that work the ticket area are very very nice. some of the folks that work out in the lobby area though could probably be a little more friendly to people that are looking at their pictures
