An okay selection and good customer service. The internet moochers can be annoying since they take up every seat in the store for hours at a time and will sometimes post up in awkward spots around the store if it happens to be by a power outlet. Also it's a little annoying that the art books are left to bake in the sun thanks to the giant eastward window and are subsequently sun bleached.

I enjoyed my visit today! I received excellent customer service with the cashier "Marcia M.". I often forget that I have educator discount and she asked me if I had itwhich had she not asked, I would not have received my discount. She was very helpful and pleasant.

I Love Barnes & Nobles. This location is great. The customer service is specular. If you want a coffee house vibe, this is the place for you. If you want an alternative place to work and study besides the library, this is the place for you! I am always greeted politely at the door. The Starbucks inside is always full of goodies to munch on. They could use more outlets for people to plug in their devices but the other customers are so nice to each other that we usually share. Thanks Barnes & Nobles!

Tables and chairs set up throughout and does staff are helpful when asked but not lurking around every corner to ask you to buy.

-Mostly packed with nowhere to sit and read your books, unless you sit on the floor.
-The internet SUCK!
-Folk loud on the phone
-Starbucks does not carry cake pops

Clean and neat. Didn't interact with staff much, but selection of books is limited in most topics of interest. I looked particularly at pre-K skills workbooks and Christianity. Have seen much better selections at other locations and companies. Children's section was kind of disorganized, but daughter enjoyed the train set they had set up for play.

I am absolutely in love with this place and the Starbucks cafe it has inside! It nice and quiet and i can find any book if not i can just order them. I still think however that they do need more outlets but i can understand why they don't have any since so many people go everyday. It's a great place to meet new people and invest in your knowledge !!
