My favorite B & N in New Mexico. Everyone is very down to earth and very helpful. I pray this store keeps suppling the books so need for everyones needs as they do.

I love visiting this book store when I'm in Albuquerque. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is well supplied with books of all kinds and for all ages as well as gifts and cards. I pray I never see the day when bookstores go out of vogue.

We use this space for our bookclub at 7pm once a month & really like it. The barristas are friendly & even deliver drinks after we start our meetings. It's also fun to wander thru the store afterwards. Easy to get to & lots of parking.

Limited selection of certain topics. They need more NM authors. Still have to go to the library for certain books. Wish there were better sales. Parking is not too bad. Salespersons are helpful but you have to go to them for assistance instead of them coming to you then you'll find 3 or 4 standing around visiting with one another. Need better customer service! Wish there were more book stores.

Huge selection of books and if they don't have the book you're looking for they'll order it for you! I love visiting this store and spending a few hours here. Very friendly staff.

A great experience, thanks to salesman Ian. I'm now starting a pick of his, Dark Matter, which I wouldn't have seen. He listened to some of my favorites, then told me about this one, a great blend of some of my interests. A happy place to be and a great new guide to some new books.

Is a place with a diverse selection of books. It also allows to preview magazines before deciding to purchase them. The ability to read and converse and have a cup of coffee make B&N a nice place to meet friends or read on your own.

This is the best independent that is open today. I like that they don't carry as many non-book gift items as Vroman's. A very good selection of plays. Usually find what I am looking for here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I miss Darren, he was so nice! I also miss old kitty but I approve of the new kitty that has taken his place. One of the last few places to carry zines in Albuquerque.

Love the fact that I can order so many movies here! Very convenient! Love the selection very busy though sometimes it's hard to reach a staff quickly.

There are two really nice bookstores left in Albuquerque, no disrespect to the used stores or the independents (Bookworms remains great) both are Barnes and Noble. This one is the somewhat smaller one and doesn't have a music and DVD section (the other is at Coronado and does have perhaps the best CD & DVD section in the state). Just the same this store still has one if the two best selection of new books and magazines in town.
Staff us well trained and will help find or order what you need. I like to browse because I invariably find books that I never come across on the Internet and that I can hold and look at.
Hopefully real books will never die.
