Worst customer service. I called last week to ask if they had a book, Gene would only help me if I had the exact name or product ID. Andrea at Grossmont was more than happy to assist. Today I had to come to the Hazard Center store, and I was ignored for a good while Waiting in line. The cashier helping the other customer had to let the other cashier that there was a customer (me) waiting. Grossmont has much better customer service.

My worst experience in a US store, I tried to buy a book that did not have the price, their web said that it cost 40 dlls, when i try to pay the cashier said that the cost was 1000 dlls, I explained that it must be an error but she just laughed at me and told me that they were 999.99 dollars and they did not sell me the book. I had never felt so discriminated, Thanks Barnes & Noble!!!! 😠😠😠ðŸ˜

We love this place. Employees are super helpful and friendly. They really know about different authors books series and always have great recommendations.

Had a decent selection some of the best service I've had at a B&N. The location isnt bad. Plenty of cafes around!

This B&N is nice though small but that is a given considering the location. There are coffee shops outside like Starbucks and another one (which is pretty good too) you can walk to. The selection despite the size of the store is also big. There are only so many chairs though but this is not a bad place to sit and read.

This was a wonderful time at this Barnes and Nobles, staff was knowledgeable and helpful, but not annoying by constantly asking if I need help while I look around. Also, totally nerded out in a great graphic novel section. Although I do my best to support small businesses, this B&N got me to make an exception and buy 2 novels and Moore and Gibbons` masterpiece, "Watchmen" for probably the 5th time. Nerd bone is satisfied 😂.

Nothing compares to making discoveries in a book store. To pick up and browse 10 books before - bingo, the perfect book! Is actually quick, fun, and a new book came home.

This book is going to save me so much money, I only paid $10.03 with my membership and coupon. Barnes and Noble always has the best 1/2 off sale on books and gifts. Talk about a goldmine, makes great gifts.

Based on the reviews of customers, and I myself have shopped at the B&M on occasion at the Grossmont location, I'm giving B&M five stars since I've always been very happy with their service and prices.

I love Barnes and Noble this is my Barnes and Noble the employees are so nice and always have great suggestions and great recommendations!

Great selection, and decent prices. While the customer service is not on par with other Barnes and Nobles I have visited, it is a book store and things are easy to find.
