These condos are great. They are peaceful and quiet nothing like being in a hotel. Very private and relaxing. We would recommend them to anyone.

We love this place! Pool is nice, people are great, it's next to one of the nicest restaurants in town, across the street from the beach, but also on the intercoastal waters so you can fish off the docks. We own a unit by the pool which is for rent.

Not bad but nothing too special about this place. Yes its quiet, safe, clean but you see tourist go in and out of rooms and activities all day long, so you definitely get that not so relaxing home feeling here. To get to the beach you do have to cross the main street but there are yield to pedestrians flashing lights and crosswalks. There's nothingnwalking distance but there are a lot of great places short driving distances. The rooms have everything you need to make your stay more convenient including outside cooking grills.

Very cute small Beach Resort. Has all the basics for a Condo-Hotel. Located on the Bay across the street from Public Beach access to the Gulf. No elevators. Does have heated pool & decent amount of seating around pool. I'm a local a went to visit my friends from OH that booked a week here. I see a lot of these places and this had perfect Sunrise views, nice dock, & all the simple necessities. No frills yet clean. No daily maid service or refreshing of your linens. Parking is easy. No public ice machines. You have to use your own ice maker in your fridge/freezer inside your unit. Difficult to obtain the "fishing poles & tackle". Be prepared to buy your own if you truly want to fish. Not a lot of places to walk to, better rent a car or plan on Ubering for dining & nightlife. Great value for the $.

Great location on the intercoastal side just across the street from the sand. No car needed after initial store run. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Pool and grills there for a nice evening before hitting the sand for sunset. Clean.

We liked it! Great for families. I think each unit may be individually owned but ours was very decent and clean. I like that they have a full stocked kitchen. They supplied detergent for dishes and the dishwasher, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, even coffee w sugars and creamer. There are lots of towels and the unit is spacious. There was a closet filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles to borrow. Even a broom to sweep up the sand.
The location is just right. The beach is across the street with Barefoot's very own beach access. They have little showers to rinse the sand off just as you enter the complex. I found that very convenient.
Our bed was a little squeaky, possibly the box spring but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We'll be back again in the future.

ATTENTION: This resort is dated and DIRTY. The folks who reviewed this with 5 stars must be used to filth. The furniture and beds are worn out and aren't good enough for a Goodwill donation. The sheets (were dirty and appeared unchanged). We wanted to leave early but had paid up front and were told no refund?? We left our room cleaner than we'd found it and were charged an extra fee for cleanup??? I called twice to ask the manager regarding the charge and they NEVER called back. I would STRONGLY encourage everyone to stay elsewhere. You won't regret overlooking this place. Spend a few hundred bucks more and get a place that's clean, ON THE BEACH, and has at least a comfortable bed.

Very nice place..only walkable distance to the beach.. there were 6 adults and 2 kids in our group and the stay was almost comfortable.. it would have been awesome for 3-4 people because there is only 1 bathroom. The kitchen is small but manageable if you are not planning to cook too much.. Overall the stay was memorable..
