Bagel Brothers of New York is a popular spot for those searching for bagels and baked goods. While they do offer a decent variety of options, the standout dish is their lox sandwich, which is both incredibly rich and overpriced. Be prepared for long wait times in the morning as the restaurant can get quite crowded, making it a less-than-ideal choice for those on a tight schedule. I haven't visited since they moved locations, but based on past experiences, I would caution others to be wary of the high prices and potential long wait times. Overall, while Bagel Brothers of New York may have its appeal to some, it may not be the most convenient or cost-effective option for those looking for a quick and affordable breakfast or lunch.
They have an awesome selection of Bagels and a great menu. The store is very clean and has a nice decor with a friendly staff. The bacon egg and cheese was excellent and it reminded me of New York. Great Bagel place!
I will preface this by saying I am a bagel lover from NY and finding a good bagel place is always a priority for me where I live, like trying to find good pizza. I thought this was that place by they keep letting me down. I just called the new location to order for pickup, the girl answered with “please hold” and then I waited 15 minutes before finally hanging up. Then I remembered that 2 weeks ago that I waited for 20+ minutes for a toasted bagel with lox cream cheese and a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese, then saw multiple people behind me in line get their meals. When I asked the front desk lady about my food they spent the next 5 minutes trying to figure it out before finding that it was already ready and bagged up waiting for me. If I didn’t ask, they would have likely never grabbed it. I’m reviewing this in the hopes the owner understands that their customer service is TERRIBLE and I’m just about done with this place. Which would be a shame… because they have really good bagels.
My husband and I are visiting in Port St Lucie and came to Bagel Brothers of New York for a late breakfast looking forward to a hot freshly made breakfast sandwich. Yes it was very busy and chaotic in a very small space, staff rushing around and not friendly. Being from NJ and NYC areas it is worth the wait. The coffee was very good, however I wanted an iced coffee but they didn't have any ice. We both ordered a 2 egg, cheese and meat (1 pork roll, 1 ham) on a kaiser roll. We were disappointed with what was served. The kaiser roll was not toasted. It was cold and at least a day old, it was chewy and dense, not light and airy. There was only 1 egg and 1 thin piece of meat on each sandwich and no cheese. It would not have been worth our time to wait in line again to get what we ordered. We do not recommend coming here.
Best bagels in PSL! Yes, it gets busy Yes, you need to wait 5-10min, but for really great bagels & spreads I do not mind. If you are in a hurry, come between 10-11am (earlier may be busy). I came at 8:30, line out the door, waited 10min to order, bagels were up in 5 min. By 9:15, there wasn't a line. Really nice people, service was excellent, and the bagel sandwiches were made perfect. I will be back!!!
