  My wife and I really enjoyed working with Jayne when selling our home. Between being on deployment and being in three different states (Military), Jayne was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs throughout the whole process. We had a few hiccups (on the buyers side) but Jayne was able to get our house back on market and under contract again in no time at all! She kept saying “have faith” and sure enough she was able to see the process through. She has my strongest recommendation.

  I hired Jayne to sell our home in VA due to rental issues. She worked with me over a period of 8 months to get the home on the market while navigating a very tricky situation with an uncooperative property manager.
  
  Jayne stepped in and handled the situation with the tenants very delicately and was always very kind and professional, empathizing with both the tenants and my husband and I as the sellers.
  
  We had the house under contract twice, with the first contract falling through. She handled all the quotes and repairs herself and stayed positive through all the ups and downs and there were many! I would absolutely recommend hiring Jayne as your Realtor. She will treat you like family and do everything absolutely necessary to get the job done, no matter how difficult. I can't say enough GREAT things about her! Cheers!

  Jayne was a God send when I was looking for my dream home! Never in a million years did I think I’d ever be a home owner but with Jayne’s help, direction & encouragement I’m now a proud homeowner, no more throwing my money away paying rent! Her professionalism and knowledge of the area are unmatched.

  As a first time home buyer, Jayne gave us a wonderful experience. I was deployed overseas for much of the process. Jayne went above and beyond to work with me and help find a home with everything we were looking for!!
