  5⭐️ I called this dealer on a Friday night and scheduled service and a shuttle ride home for Monday morning. I was early but Dani in service checked me in right away. He was thorough, quick, and efficient. I was in my shuttle and on my way back home before my appointed time. Shortly after I got home, he sent me a text with recommendations and then called to confirm my approval. They got to work, and in a few hours, he texted me that it was finished. I paid over the phone, and within an hour of my payment, they delivered my car back to my driveway. They washed it, and it’s running great. It could not have gone any better. Good stuff, from the first call to finished delivery. I highly recommend this dealership. 5⭐️

  Best car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased my very first audi from this dealership and returned to this dealership when it was time to get another. The staff was great and easy to work with. They addressed all concerns and did so In a timely manner. My sales person, Susan, took the time to address all my questions and walked me through the entire buying process

  I went to a local Toyota dealership and was disappointed by the condition of their used car selections. Cars were dirty inside and not a good first impression.
  
  By chance, I found a car online that peaked my curiosity at Audi Rochester Hills. Within minutes of calling them, I had a deposit down to hold it.
  
  Yesterday, Susan McClain sold me that 2020 Toyota Highlander. She was professional and pleasant to deal with. She made the "used car buying experience" enjoyable and hassle free. Highly recommend her and the dealership for anyone in the market for an experience that is better than any car sale you have been a part of in the past.

  Our recent purchase of a 2021 Audi A5 Sportback has been nothing but spectacular! My wife and I had looked for an Audi A6 in our hometown area. There is limited inventory and prices were high. We initially drove an hour and a half to look at a 2017 A6 but unfortunately it was sold to someone else by the time we arrived. Our sale representative Ron Rabillas immediately stepped in and located another car he thought we would like. He was right and along with Jim the sales manager, they were able to give us a great deal. Ron has been there for us after the sale for additional needs. The customer service is A+! We've had compliments from everyone we've talked to about the car. I highly recommend Audi of Rochester Hills!

  I had the best experience at Audi, I was interested in purchasing a SQ5 and Ron did an excellent job finding the perfect car for me! Ron made this a smooth process beginning to end. Hopefully soon I’ll be seeing him again for my SQ8 upgrade! I recommend that everyone asks for Ron at Audi in Rochester Hills when purchasing a vehicle, the greatest and most hard working sales rep!
