We really appreciated Mike and his team's ability to provide excellent service to an out of town client and help us navigate the volatile housing market. Mike was very knowledgeable and resourceful.

Without Mike and his team's assistance, a full remodel and sale of our home would have been extremely difficult as we live out of state. His construction knowledge, real estate knowledge and relationships helped make the process easier. Once the remodel was completed, Mike and team did a beautiful job staging and photographing our home. We also appreciated the creative marketing strategies that were used. We enjoyed working with Mike throughout the entire process and would absolutely work with him again!

She is the best of the best. She went to war for me when I almost gave up on my house because the builder wanted to to force me to use their lender, which was terrible lender. She directed me to the right people and got me the best deal ever. She gave me hope, when I almost gave up. She paid attention to every single details and point out everything that was wrong on the documents she know is definitely an expert and have all the knowledge of what she was talking about. I’m so grateful and appreciated what she did for me.
She is amazing and fantastic person to work with. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone.

My boyfriend and I truly hit the jackpot with Pepper! In this being our first home buying experience, we could not have asked for a better company to work with. Kenney and Company is lucky to have Pepper! She is nothing short of a miracle worker. We had our heart completely set on the first house saw, (which I know is the opposite of what they tell you to do.) But what can I say, I'm stubborn and wanted this house. We even refused to agree to the appraisal gap which would have secured this house to be ours. I'm a big believer in the fact that "everything happens for a reason." But in this case, Pepper was that reason. I had all the faith in the world that she could pull this off for us. And guess what, SHE DID!!!! Did I mention that she even managed to get us closed on our dream home in under a month?? Like I said, she is a miracle worker. As I sit writing this review from my perfect home, I am not only thankful for the amazing realtor that got me here, but a truly wonderful friend that we made in the process. We love you Pepper!!!!!!

Dan, Titus, and the entire Kenney & Company team were a pleasure to work with. Dan really fought for me when it came to negotiating with the seller's realtor and was also realistic with us on market conditions. He truly did an amazing job getting the best deal for me and was extremely knowledgeable on what to look out for in houses that we toured. He really did whatever he could to make sure we were happy with the house we chose in the end.

Dan is informative, a good communicator, and very knowledgeable about the area, real estate in general, the home-buying process, and he did what it took to help me get a house! I loved working with both he and Titus. They know their stuff!
Dan walked me through the entire process of house-buying, all the way back to the history of the housing market and why it is what it is today. He was patient with me as a first-time home buyer who didn’t know much about anything. I really appreciated that he has great connections to folks in the area—lenders, inspectors, home insurance agents, and more. He always pointed me in the right direction and was readily available to answer all my questions from our initial conversation all the way to closing. He was communicative throughout the process, encouraging me and giving insights into things as we looked at houses that I’d never have thought about when it comes to buying a house. He helped me be competitive in the offer process which ended up landing me my house! And Titus was great too, at that final open house, pointing out and looking for things that weren’t necessarily on my radar but should be for any home buyer. Dan and Titus are both great to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!
