I would highly recommend Brett at Mutual of Omaha!!! He is extremely professional and will explain the process of the reverse mortgage fully and be available to you throughout the entire process. I had considered other companies, however after my first conversation with Brett I felt confident that I was in very capable hands. I worked with Rhonda Muir in August, September 2019 for a reverse mortgage. She was exceptionally easy and thorough. I got quotes from a number of lenders, but hers was the best, optimized to get the most money available to me. She had no problem going through all the little details and was especially good at explaining the options when there was a choice to be made. She was very accurate about what would happen and when. I feel well served. I'm very happy with my choice and can't imagine anyone going wrong with her.
