  Being a property manager, I'm very familiar with JK Johns Roofing and Sheet Metal. I have used them on many roofing projects. When it came time to re-roof my own home, they were my roofer of choice. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Their workmanship, clean up could not have been better.   Metal roofing has changed since they installed the pans in my 1925 two-story ranch. Who knew? The other guys wanted to replace my whole roof with newer, deeper, died funky color metal. No way. These guys bent their own pans and fit into my existing roof making it look spectacular. It takes craftsmanship to match the artistic details that we've left behind in some of our modern homes.

  I recently had a standing seam Gavalume roof installed on my home by JK Johns Roofing & Sheet Metal. It took a little longer than I expected, the start date and install (my only experience was with a shingle roof and bad installers) but it was so worth the wait. Especially for a roof that will last the rest of my lifetime. The total experience from estimate to final inspection went smoothly. I had plenty of questions and concerns as I had limited knowledge on metal roofs but Joe was gracious and answered every one of themand the follow ups. I never felt slighted or dismissed being a woman. That goes for the crew as well, all were professional. Thank you JK Johns for a beautiful roof.

  An honest roofer? Yes.
  
  Jeff K. Johns came out to my house to look over a small leak over my garage and to give me an estimate. After a look both inside my attic as well as hoisting himself up on our roof, he showed me some small areas of hail damage.
  
  "I can do this for you", he said, "or if you prefer, let me show you how you can repair this yourself and save yourself some money."
  
  Amazing. I'm headed to Lowe's to purchase two tubes of black roofing goo and make the patch this Saturday morning. I'm delighted to give these guys a five star review.
  
  It was obvious that Jeff knew his stuff, but that he was looking for the long term. "Keep us in mind for later" he asked. I will, for sure.
