I purchased my first BMW this week at BMW of Arlington and was thoroughly pleased with how quick and easy the process was. Upon arriving I was kindly greeted by Client Advisor Jacob Miles, who made me feel comfortable almost immediately. He was personable, knowledgeable, and polite. Mr. Miles did not mind sitting with me as long as it took to find the right financial fit for my family. I appreciated his no-pressure, no-hassle style. I also enjoyed working with Sales Director Chris and F&I Director Robb. Each of these gentlemen worked diligently to make this a five-star experience for me.
Also worth noting is the dealership itselfit was clean, warm and inviting with plenty of wonderful snack and beverage options.
Once we purchased, our "BMW Genius" assisted by getting us acquainted with the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. And I won't give away too much, but the 'reveal' of my shiny, new vehicle was nothing short of completely exciting! I feel comfortable with and pleased to recommend BMW of Arlington. Arlington BMW is a wonderful place to purchase a BMW. The accommodations of the dealership are superb. The service personal are very responsive to the needs of the customer. They are very friendly and respectful to all of their visitors of the dealership. And when you buy a BMW at Arlington BMW you immediately begin to feel like owing a BMW car is something special. The next BMW I buy will be here. Why? Because the personnel here are fully aware of the quality and value of the vehicles in their showroom. Ask any questions about any of the cars either on the lot or inside the show room and they will have answers. So far with the purchase of a 640i Coupe in February 2017, this is the finest car I have ever had the pleasure of driving. I truly recommend Arlington BMW for any thing you may need whether it is the purchase of a new car, vehicle service, or parts. Or if you simply want to walk inside the dealership to look at new cars this place is perfect for that too because it will be a hassle free environment and fresh coffee is available for your enjoyment.

I was actually having a lot of issues with BMW of Dallas, it was obviously painful for the receptionist to answer any questions at all. I drove to BMW Arlington, and they went above and beyond in every way possible.
I think it’s important to add, I didn’t tell them about the bad service I had just received over the phone, acting professionally amazing is just standard operating procedure.
If any of the leadership at BMW Arlington actually reads this, I’d like to give you my sincere thanks. It was my first flat tire with the run flats, and I had my son in the car. Your service department, you’ve staffed it was some real quality individuals. Please pass my thanks to them, they were truly great.response / report this review -

Mo Messelhy was totally awesome, very knowledgeable young man with a bright future. He answered all my questions and the ones he couldn’t answer he got me the answer I needed even if I didn’t want to here it. The dealership is so clean and the staff is very helpful. I feel like I have joined a family that truly cares for me. The General Manager of BMW of Arlington, very down to earth man very easy to talk with.

I went in to BMW of Arlington and thoroughly enjoyed my experience!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff. I was even attended to by the general manager while my car salesman brought around my test drive vehicle (I showed up at the adjacent BMW lot).
The test drive with Benjamin S. was delightful. He was not pushy or overselling the vehiclewhich is something I absolutely appreciate when shopping. He was well informed and did a great job in educating me.
I didn't come off the lot with a vehicle, but do hope to visit again in hopes of finding the right car for me.response / report this review -

I recently purchased a vehicle from here. My sales person, Jeff Armstrong, and my Genius person, Julio were awesome. Jeff found the car the exact specs I was looking for, transported it to his dealership, kept his word on everything that was agreed on, and made sure I was happy with the vehicle before I bought it. Julio was patient with me as he spent 2 hours going over with me all the details of the vehicle as this was my first BMW car. As far as Chris the sales manager, he comes on a little too strong. He treated me as if I was ripping the car dealership off. I was very close to not buying the vehicle because of him, and maybe he was close to not selling the vehicle to me. Maybe Chris is an asset to their dealership but I can see how other customers would be turned off by his attitude. All in all, a decent buying experience thanks to Jeff and Julio. Oh, and the dealership sent me some cookies a week later for purchasing the car. Nice touch!!!

Cody Cox was easy to work with. He listened to my request of what I wanted and went straight to work finding my choices that best fit my needs. He was fast efficient and didn't waste my time. After spending several hours at a couple of other dealerships who didn't care about my needs and wants as a customer, working with Cody and the people at the Arlington dealership was a breath of fresh air! I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new car anytime. Definitely worth the drive to get there. We spoke on the phone, I submitted my app on line. We discussed my options and set an appointment for me to test drive after work. The whole experience took about 1.5 hours from start to finish and has been the least stressful car buying experience that I have EVER had! Don't waste your time with any other BMW/Mini dealerships in our area just go straight to Arlington and see Cody Cox!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I am a very loyal BMW customer and own 2 BMW's currently. I had called to inquire about purchasing my 3rd BMW from them as they had the car I was looking for. We discussed price and options moving forward. We had almost agreed on price but were not there yet. I was told by Mo he would do his best and call me back after speaking with his Sales Manager. I never heard back from him yesterday so I called him today to find out the status. He told me oh sorry sir we ended up selling the car last night.
Wait a minute you sold the car out from underneath me that we were working a deal on??? Talk about absolute unprofessional customer service. STAY AWAY from this dealership, as all they care about is how THICK they can line their pocket books. I will also notify BMW NA about my experience here. As a loyal customer BMW NA and myself have a long fantastic history. What a shame This could have been a great experience for both parties.response / report this review -

I have wanted a mini Cooper for several years now and I finally went in to Mini of Arlington to look at them. My sales advisor was Pedro, and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient. He really listened to what was important to me and helped me to find the perfect car for me. The sales manager, Tony, really went above and beyond to work with me to make sure I got a great deal that I would be happy and comfortable with. Another sales advisor, Cat, was also very helpful and informative. Her love of Minis was obvious and contagious. Ryan, the financial advisor, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with me to get the best deals to make sure that I had peace of mind.
Everyone that I met at the dealership was so pleasant and knowledgeable and really wanted me to get the car that was the best fit for me. Even though the process took us well past closing time, no one complained or made me feel rushed. I never felt any pressure from anyone of them. I actually felt that they were all looking out for my best interest and wanted to make sure that I was completely happy with my choice.response / report this review -

Beyond satisfied with my new car!! Mark was super nice and has great customer service! We had an appointment that I rescheduled about 3 times, he didn't hassle or bother me to keep coming in and when I finally made it in he was nothing but helpful. He has ensured that I am satisfied with my car and that he is available to help me if I ever need it. When you go to BMW Arlington, ask for Mark!!!

Saw a car online that I was interested in at BMW of Arlington. The salesman, Thomas Hayden was very prompt when responding to my emails and very understanding, as well as all the staff we came in contact with. The general manager greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very appreciated.
My husband and I flew in to see the car and Mr. Hayden picked us up from the airport and also drove us back once we were done. Needless to say the customer service was irreproachable and beyond accommodating. This was an awesome experience and we were very fortunate to have Mr. Hayden as a representative of BMW of Arlington. It had been a long time since my last car purchase, but Thomas Hayden made the experience very easy. From the moment I walked on the lot everyone I dealt with was nice and genuinely interested in making my experience go as smoothly as possible. Thomas took me for a test drive and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions and he made sure to go through all options and features of my 328i. When the last of the paperwork was finished, Thomas even drove out to airport with me to return my rental car allowing me to drive home with my car that night. That's service. When it comes time to purchase another car, BMW of Arlington and Thomas Hayden will be at the top of my list.

BMW of Arlington always provides exceptional service. Mo Messelhy is an excellent client advisor. He worked with me over the course of week in finding the perfect BMW for my preferences and budget. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He also follows up and makes sure that I'm completely satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the level of courtesy, service and my purchase! What an amazing experience with Bryan Baker and Gabe! Bryan was very patient with me as I made multiple visits to decide on my purchase. Bryan & Gabe took the time to address all my questions and never pressured me to do anything. I have purchased two other BMW's and an Land Rover and this has been by far the best car buying experience EVER! Bryan and Gabe are so professional & are not your "typical" salesman. I love BMW of Arlington!
