Stopped today to pick up something from this Harley dealership that I couldn't get next door at the Kawasaki shop. Put my purchase on the counter, chatted a bit, shared some war stories, and the guy initialed my purchase ($4.95) and said "free gift, you owe nothing". I repeated, "but I don't ride a Harley, she's a Ninja". He said, "I was listening the first time, doesn't matter soul sister, you ride, we are all family".
I'm going back in two weeks to buy the $200 pair of motorcycle boots and sending a girlfriend to them who wants to purchase a bike. She won't find better service than this!. Thank you for your kindness Phil!

Had a vibe ration in the rear. Took to several places with no luck. Went into the Service drive and talked with Sam. He took the bike for a test ride and came back. Stated he knew the problem. Checked my tire pressure. The back was way over inflated. Thank you for having a great advisor with knowledge. A+ in my book.

Rode in here on my Kawasaki, because I wanted to look around at new motorcycles. I was thinking about buying a Harley Davidson and after spending some time browsing around and shopping, as I was leaving there was a big nasty spitwad on the trunk of my Voyager. If this is the kind of people that ride Harley-Davidson's, who probably have Nissan and Honda cars parked in their garages, then I think I'll buy a new Yamaha Star Venture!

Best service ever. I needed some parts for my road king. I told Nick in parts that I was needing a new clutch and then I went shopping in motor clothes. Jamie in motor clothes got me fitted for a new helmet and boots. I went back to parts where Nick had my clutch pack waiting for me to check out. They always take the best care of me!

If you're looking for a Harley, Ft Worth Harley is the place to be. Michael Pettijohn was hands down the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was never pushy just to get a sale. He listened to our interests & put us on a brand new bike. With our credit, it wasn't easy, but he did everything he could so we would leave out of there on 2 wheels!!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a bike!!! Overall, great customer service from every department!!!

In the recent past I had my 08 Sportster 105yr Aniversery brake down and brought to these people, it had a Battery,Engine Light come on and stayed on,they claim they found no problem,it left me broke down a second time and brought back to them again,and they replaced the Key Fob Battery, I left again and broke down again way across town,(hauled home on my trailor) this time I took it to LongHorn where I bought it, they checked it and found a simple Voltage Regulator bad and replaced it.It has been 4 Month's since and no charging or Battery problems.PS-I replaced the Batt the 3rd breakdown but Light still on,Ft Worth Harley told me the first time to just buy a charger and charge it after each ride instead of fixing the bike with a Regulator. My advise to all is before you buy a Harley,find a Honest Harley Mechanic.What make's it worse is that I am disabled with spinal injury behind Lung's(no fix)forever in pain on SS,my Plate is full.Oh yes,they did send me a $50 gift card good at thier store only(another kick to head).

Paul in sales is awesome. A fellow Iraq vet. He and owner Nick , helped me with a credit problem I got while living in the VA PTSD center and after my divorce.
They hooked me up with my dream bike!.
I'm a bit touched . Caught a head injury. But they helped me through the process with patience , and respect.
I have no words to promote them enough.
