Best Pappadeaux in the city!!! Great location, the setup is very serene, and the outdoor seating doubles as a lounge. Excellent for happy hour. If you want good food and drinks with a view of people watchingthis is it.

This restaurant has character, and it is a gathering place for those who love great seafood. But, the real surprise - this place also has The Best Steaks. Moderate pricing for quality delicious food!

This place is great! We had the best waiter. His name was Matt. Super attentive and always filling our glasses when low. He knew the menu inside and out. Great guy!
I ordered the Shrimp and Grits. The portion was small, but filling. I ate it all.

This is a really great place to eat. Everything here is wonderful. I love the Shrimp & Grits. Wonderful beverages! Closest thing to being in New Orleans.

We decided to sit outside for the first time here and was instantly taken back by the drama between two guest and a waiter. Not really sure what it was about but the guest was screaming at the top of her lungs. Of course the manager ended up coming to talk to them so we weren't really surprised by the 15-20 minutes it took just for us to get our menus with all that was going on. The disappointment came when it took another 10 minutes to bring our kids their menus and even after ordering drinks we waited another 10 minutes before deciding to just leave since we hadn't ordered our food yet or received our drinks. Once we reached the parking lot, we spotted our waiter John walking towards the restaurant from his or someone else's car as he shouted towards the car. At least we found out what the hold up was. I'm glad I didn't spend any money after experiencing such bad service.

Came here with my mother and grandmother and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was sooo good and you can tell everything was fresh. This place is perfect for celebratory events(graduation, birthdays, engagements)

Less than impressed. Service was horrible. Was told 45 minutes. At an hour when we asked for an update, were told 20 more minutes. Found a table at the bar and took 20 more minutes just to get a drink order. When we finally got our food, it was cold. We were told it would be remade but it was only reheated. Same thing just to get the check. Our waitress was doing her best but clearly had no assistance as she was the only one covering all tables in the bar area.

The best Cajun style food around. I always ask for the dish (special) of the day, it's usually amazing, and just go from there. The servers know the menu and give good and honest suggestions. The drinks are on point and so is the atmosphere. I love this place and will recommend it to any and everyone.

Everything was going fine until I found a parasite in my oyster.. Not to mention all the shells I had in my oysters.. I spent 149 to lose my appetite.. only thing offered was to replace oysters I brought home.. They're not edible taking they have salt rocks in them.. the catfish was under seasoned..I should've just went elsewhere.. Not to mention I'm pregnant so who knows what that could've done to me.. Spoke with Angie while writing this she refunded the money back.. Buy they really need to do better.. Jessie the waiter was really nice..

We had a couples luncheon at the restaurant. The staff was unbelievably nice. The food was superb as well. In comparison to the more renowned Brazilian Steakhouses, I think this place is decent and a better value for money.

Seafood is delicious but can be pricey compared to other Seafood restaurants. Stuffed shrimp & butternut squash were very good but i didn't like that you have to pay extra money to substitute the squash for the french fries. I think u should be allowed one free substitution. Plus the french fries served are overkill! They give u way too many. There's no way to eat so many fries! Plus they're not good for you!

Had great service last night, waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave several suggestions. There was also a live band which made the atmosphere a bit more festive for NYC. Enjoyed the food as always can't wait to go back again.

My favorite seafood restaurant. What is unique about this restaurant is they own the entire distribution system from the ocean to the table. Always fresh always dependable with consistent top-quality service.

The food across the entire Pappas chain is always excellent and this Pappadeaux is emblematic of that belief. Not cheap, but a very, very fair price for what you get and always consistent and delicious. I love their blackened catfish, my wife, the cedar plank salmon and the crab cakes and shrimp and crab meat salad are also fresh and delicious. Great service, too. This time we had carry out and Dan/Daniel had the order, well, in perfect order! All containers labeled and accurate. Excellent!!
