  We drove over 5 hours to come to this store and DO NOT regret it one bit! They were VERY helpful and so patient. After looking at several other dress shops we realized this one should have been first! Amazing selection for any size or color. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  What a amazing time we had picking out a dress for my daughter. They were so helpful and made the day a experience that we won't forget. The lady helping us find the perfect dress was so helpful and really listen to us. We fell in love with all the dresses and it was hard to find just one!
  I highly recommend them to any one that is looking for a Homecoming or Prom Dress.

  We purchased a beautiful Sherri Hill dress for prom. Less than a week later my daughter found out that she wouldn't be attending. I called Whatchamacallit and explained the situation. I informed them that the dress still had the tags on it and hadn't been taken out of the bag. I was told that it couldn't be returned and the associate was absolutely rude. Totally different than when we made the $600 purchase.

  Really GREAT store. If you're white. After visiting this same store at their Dallas location on Preston, we were totally disappointed. Not one employee came up to us and asked if we needed any help or simply to check on us, like they had been for every other white person in the store. Although my sister found a really great dress & not even getting a "hello" from ANY staff member, we decided out money was better spent else where. Like I said if you're white, this store is perfect for you. Truly disappointed. All customers should be treated equally! Thank God there are many more stores to shop at :)
