PLEASE DONT TAKE CAR HERE!
Took my toyota minivan in for a water pump replacement. They half way fixed but it was making different loud clicking sound. He would not go back in and look bc he already knew he damaged other parts.
I took the van immediately to pohanka and b & e used a crow bar to pry the belt off rather than loosen the pulleys and broke my power steering pump. Pohanka said they could see a one inch pry mark and other damage to a pulley.
Please dont ever go here. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!response / report this review -

Down to Earth, and friendly. Took me in from out of town and could not have been more kind.
I was in and out with in 30 minutes. If you need any kind of service I highly recommend B&E Tire. The most important thing is honesty, they did not try to gauge me or run up the bill like a dealership always does.
I could not be happier.

On 10/26/2016 I took my 2003 VW Passat 1.8T to this shop for the purpose of purchasing 4 new tires and a simple wheel alignment. Upon attempting to do the alignment, they were unable to determine how to make the proper front end adjustments. So they proceeded to flatten the threads on the adjustment rod by applying pliers to it and then choose to ignite the entire alignment adjustment system and parts with a blow torch. (photos are available) This action destroyed the rubber boot and bushings as well as additional damage to other components as well. These front end parts had all been inspected and/or replaced 6 months prior to this encounter. When the car was returned to me with new tires but no alignment, no one even mentioned the extensive damage that was done to my vehicle and the fact that, in the state that they left it, the car was unsafe to drive.
REPLY: Everything in the reply is incorrect. The suspension parts that were damaged due to B&E's negligence had been replaced just 3 months prior to this. Plus, and this is most reprehensible, B&E DID NOT MENTION THIS DAMAGE upon returning the car to me.That fact alone qualifies them as dishonest and deceitful. I later discovered the damage when I took my vehicle to a qualified mechanic. Cost to repair the damage caused by B&E was over $400. So, if I believe that they take responsibility for that which they damaged as they say they do, I will receive a check for $400 to cover the cost of repairing the damage caused by them.

Awful. Probably the most incompetent mechanics I have ever encountered.

Just left minutes ago driving down to Disney from NJ and the tire pressure light came on stopped to put air in and the stem was leaking. B and E was right up the road and we stopped there thinking we were going to need to buy at least 2 tires and wait for them to be put on the mechanic jacked the car up while we were in it, took the tire off, replaced the stem, put the tire back on, and 10 minutes and $20 later we were back on the road. What great service! We are so thankful and lucky for this to have happened where it did! If we didn't live in NJ I would say I think I just found my new tire center might be worth the drive down though 😊
