Worst place ever and waste of time and drive. I call and they told me to bring the equipment the minute I got there the first thing lady told me is I have to wait for two weeks before they can take a look at my equipment.

These guys are the best.I have been going there for years and their the best, with the best prices and will stand behind their products. Most stores have 7.00 an hour help not only are their products low end their help is a joke. Go talk to any of these men or women they do know their products. I love Mike in repair he always makes me smile.Good people USA products and willing to work with you.

I like this place because they usually have the parts I need for my equipment. They are also very competitive with the "dig box" stores when it comes to pricing on equipment. The equipment is of a professional type.

I have bought several pieces of equipment from these guys. They know their product. Very helpful with honoring equipment warranty. Great place for parts also. The parts woman knows her parts!

I have had good luck here. I must admit I only buy parts. Most of what I need is in stock. But if you need to order something they get it. If you want good equipment not run of the mill homeowner stuff it's a great place.

Absolutely terrible. I had my mower here 4 times for the same problem. They charged me a total of $997 between four trips. The mower only cost $2000. One time it came back with a broken handle and they even charged me to fix it. When I finally sent it to another shop, the other shop fixed it for $230. The new shop said the ground wire was on wrong and shorting things out which only Carpi could have done. I also found out that the "new" blades they charged me for were just the old ones and they just flipped them over and put them on backwards. I have never written a complaint online, but I have also never been so ripped off in my life either. Terrible, terrible, terrible in all the dealings we had.
