I love this place! The food is great. Only problem is that everyone agrees with me so the lines get very long. They move pretty fast though.

Hands down best BBQ in Wichita. No matter what your fancy is for BBQ they have it. Brisket, pulled pork, hot links are all top notch. Make sure you get there early as they are only open for a few hours each day but it is well worth it. Forget what the radio says you will not find better BBQ anywhere in Wichita.

This place has the best barbeque set up that I've been to. The selection is just right, not too much. Plenty of seating and not a wait at all. I wish they were open for dinner also.

Hands down the best BBQ in Wichita. The staff is awesome and they go out of their way to help you. The only reason I give a 4 star is that the owner keeps all tips if you put the tips on your debit card receipt. I always tip in cash whenever possible. They definitely deserve it.

Coming from a Texan and the pride that we have for our BBQ, I can say that this place certainly hits the spot. The price is great for the quality and the quantity that you get here. Come hungry and enjoy some great BBQ in downtown Wichita.

Best BBQ I've ever had. And it's all-you-can-eat! Definitely worth it if you're in the area. Actually, even if you have to make a drive just for this, you should go. You won't regret it

Awesome all u can eat BBQ. They have every meat from chopped brisket, pulled pork, ribs to smoked chicken and turkey and some more in between.. they also have a small salad bar and sliced white, wheat, or rye breads. They also have unlimited fountain drinks. Friendly wait staff and reasonable prices.

The food is really good, and you should absolutely go. The only reason they got 4 instead of 5 stars is because I got my food to go and was belittled for going to the checkout line not realizing that my food needed to be weighed; I had just followed the people I was behind in line to the register. No one stopped me to get my food weighed on the way there, no sign near where the food is weighed, and there was no one getting their food weighed, so I just figured it would be done at the checkout. As the manager very rudely informed me, I needed to "get back to the weigh station". After I apologized for my ignorance, he continued to watch me like a hawk until I left. I understand, but if you're so worried about it, maybe let people know where the weigh area is and don't be a jerk about it. Great food though. I will definitely go back.

Great lunch buffet. Meat prices have gone up and so has the buffet price. I think it was $13.50 each for lunch on my last visit. The hot links are to die for and the ribs taste great. They have don't quite a bit if remodeling recently and it has helped keep people moving through the buffet quickly. Get there before 11:30 to beat the rush.

If someone would have told me I could have great bbq at a buffet I would have called them a lier, but this place is amazing! Yes it gets busy, yes some people might not like the price, but it is absolutely fantastic bbq. I would take this over other bbq places around the city any day. I personally can't think of anything wrong with the place. I highly recommend it to all my friends and everyone that reads the comments.

This type of place definitely is not for everybody. If you walk in and the atmosphere does not suit you, do your self a favor and go somewhere more pretentious! B&C has just about the best BBQ I have ever had. The definitely have the best BBQ you can eat at a restaurant! It's all you can eat, and the seating is done different than most places but I've never seen someone not be able to find a seat. The only exception I can think might happen is if a big party came in and all wanted to sit together. They have a take out and do catering. I'm not sure how they work/charge the take out, but it's an option. If you are not pretentious and love great BBQ, do yourself a favor and go eat here as soon as you can!

Solid. Given that it is a buffet and all of the meat is sitting out, I was impressed. You cannot beat the price point for the quality and quantity. That being said, I would prefer to have a little less food and eat a little higher quality BBQ elsewhere.
