Ate too much and feel asleep after the first 10 minutes of the movie but it was a real nice jazzy place and the pretzels are great; perfect salt : pretzel ratio and the salt wasn't too clumped together in one area. Every bite had salt, but not too much. They have other food but I only had the pretzels.
Website link does not link to showtimes they waste a bunch of time I am driving to Power Road from now on to avoid this place
Dirty floors. Shabby torn seats and bad customer service. I hate that I paid for this.
Great place to see movies! Like the Imax theatre too! Tuesday's specials rock!
Everything is great there. I just wish Imax tickets could be soils somewhere OTHER than the snack bar. Minor issue though. I never have a problem going there. I always enjoy myself.
Cool local theater. IMAX! Some seats are worn and thrashed, just needs a little TLC and upholstering then this place would be outstanding. Staff are always friendly.
Terrible experience. Worst theater I have ever been to. All seats torn and ripped. Only thing lacking was duck tape. The sound for previews was so loud that I had to take out my hearing aids, and still had to plug my ears. Asked to have sound level lowered because it hurt our ears. The young man said he would check on it. Nothing happened.
When the movie started, the sound was horrible. No stereo affect at all. Sound sounded as though it was emanating from one tinny speaker from the front, and so erratic and indistinguishable that it was hard to follow the movie. When I informed the 'manager', a very unfriendly young woman, about the sound, she, in a very snippy way said, "Sounds normal to me".
Attended the movie with two other, much young people, who have perfect hearing. They also said that the sound and the quality of the theater was horrible, and to not go back.
If you want expensive popcorn, and a poor movie experience, knock yourself out. Throw away your money. Or buy the BluRay and watch the movie at home. A one star rating is too high.
What a dump!!! Know your show and time before you arrive because there was no visible display of shows or showtimes at the front ticket sales booth. We purchased the overpriced tickets for a matinee showing. Tickets for 1 adult and 2 children were just shy of $20. You may think that is a competitive price until you hear about the rest of our experience. We walked into Auditorium #1 and were almost instantly knocked over by the smell of raw sewage. Also, made a trip to the men's restroom and found 2 out of 3 sinks and several toilets "Out of Order". After reading previous reviews, it appears the restrooms have been in, and stayed in, disrepair for quite some time. I assume this is what's contributing to the sewer smell in the auditorium. The only reason we selected this theater was because several of the next showings of a newly released movie we wanted to see were sold out at the nearest Harkins. This new release at B&B maybe had 45 people in an auditorium that seated over 370. I can see why, after experiencing the smell and the restrooms. Needless to say, we won't be returning. Such a shame because the theater size, screen size, and sound system were much better than many Harkins we've been in.
Broken torn up seats. Different showtimes than what's posted online. Dirty bathrooms. but hey, no other people which is nice sometimes.
DO NOT GO SEE 3D MOVIES HERE. We just walked out of Passengers (as well as another group) because the 3D projector was not synced and caused a double vision projection. Don't go see this movie here. When approached about it they did nothing and said "on our end everything looked good" and would not provide a customer service number or refund. They even told us that's what the movie was supposed to look like and that it would change halfway through. What?!
