Was supposed to get my car towed and scrapped by them last week. I called and said I was available a couple days later (busy schedule) and he said someone would be available that day for me. I call that morning and nobody ever left a note about my phone call or my car and they never called me back with an update on anything. Huge waste of my time and everyone I talked to seemed annoyed, if there wasn't going to be anything available someone should've told me from the beginning.
