Some people are people person some people are not some people put a cover up when ur there an let it down when ur gone some drop it before u ever leave some are just plane rude the secretary is amazing here that's about all I can say

Big rig blew a wheel seal and these guys came to my rescue. Very courteous and professional business, I highly recommend. They even shuttled me to and from my hotel. Thank you!

Broke down last night in our rv. Had to be towed in. Jason was the nicest and kindest person. It made our angst for the situation better to deal with. Offered to plug us in to the shop for the rv lights and heat. (No charge!). Next morning Barry diagnosed and fixed the problem right away!. It was a pleasure meeting them all. What a company!!. Would highly recommend them to anyone!. Nice job. Hope to meet you again under better conditions next time. 👍😀

Great service and pricing. We blew two tires on our horse trailer while on I-81 on a Saturday afternoon. Hugh's came out, installed two new tires, inspected the rest of the tires and got us on our way.

These guys are official HIGHWAY ROBBERS. I was guilty of breaking down and limping it to a NO PARKING zone at a rest stop, the best I could do. I was freezing no heat, I was guilty of leaving the truck unattended. I went 2 miles away to the truck stop for something warm to eat. These guys towed and impounded my truck from the Troutville Rest Area to there location 4.4 MILES away and charged me $622.50. They charged me $500 for the tow $100 to come out on Sunday to give me my truck back and $22.50 for convenience fee, because I had to pay with a credit card. He took his sweet ole time coming to process me 1 hour to be exact. People like these will cause you to go bankrupt if they get there claws in you BEWARE. There facility is so sweet and decked out, now I see why!!!!!
