The host Camille was extremely rude when we attempted to change tables. We were trying to get in the shade and moved to the table with the most shade. Our waiter, Peter, was most helpful and then along came Camille and told Peter not to let anyone sit at that table. I asked why and Camille said it was reserved. I asked where the people were and got no reply so I asked if they were hiding behind a palm tree. At this point Camille became aggressive and challenged me, I said it again, are they hiding behind the palm tree. Camille said no they're in there and pointed at the window. We moved to a different table, ordered, ate, paid the bill and left after about 45 minutes. Camille's reserved table was still empty.I have experienced rude wait staff before, but never one as rude and aggressive as Camille.

It is the second time I have been to the cafe on two different trips to Miami. Both times the food and service have both been great. I have sat outside both time and admired the amazing views. Recommend!

Slow service. Ordered mango margarita got a lime. It was good and half the price. Had steamed lobster it was severely over cooked and un edible. Wife had chicken Marsala I thought it was fish cause it was so thin and over cooked. We brought the issues to the servers attention. He said everybody likes it took the plates and left. Came back 20 mins later with a bill for full price and circled the tip options. We had to go eat else where after our experience.

Best place on the beach around this area. Everywhere else is way to expensive and ridiculously loud at night. Someone selling earplugs would make a fortune down the street. You can go here for a nice meal breakfast lunch or dinner then go party somewhere else. Bartender here is also the best. I eat at the bar, instead of sitting outside, just to be served by her and drink yummy drinks.

The plates are nice, the clothe napkins and furnishings nice but the breakfast was just average, I feel if they are going to charge higher for the food then the quality should match. My pancakes were standard/average with maple flavored corn syrup instead of real Maple syrup etc.. my wife's steak and eggs were the same I paid about 1/3 less a block or 2 down with the same ocean view .

Amazing brunch spot located across the street from Fort Lauderdale Beach. We looked up too brunch spots in our area and this was the most highly recommended so we had to go.

I am here at this restaurant with three friends. The service was very slow, the table was dirty, the plates are chipped and my food arrived with a long strand of hair in it. I spoke to the manager Keith whose response to my complaint was “we don’t have anyone with that hair here”. My party has natural hair. Rather than offer another meal he took the plate away and took my friends plate away without asking. When we asked for the owners contact info he said to google it. I’ve eaten here before w/o a problem but never again will I come here. He has not apologized for the inconvenience nor the loose hair or his attitude. I will speak to corporate. As the only table with minorities I believe we were profiled and treated poorly because of our race.

It took them 30 minutes when the restaurant was practically empty to serve me a veggie burger. Not that they even made the veggie burger from scratch it was a frozen veggie burger. To top that off they got the sandwich order wrong 3 times. They brought me a glass of water that tasted horrible. The server never even checked on me. I would not recommend going here at all.

Excellent seasonings, large variety and large portions of food. Located on main drag in Central Ft. Lauderdale overlooking ocean. Great for people watching. Reasonably priced. Dress casual. Ask for Marcello. Superb at his job.

Worth spending your $$ here vs. at half the other restaurants down the street that are priced just as high, but have lower quality of food. Service was good, but our waiter was pretty busy and kept forgetting about refills and such. Very friendly staff overall, though. And the atmosphere was very nice in the evening and we enjoyed our time here. Wished we had ate here two nights in a row instead of wasting money down the street at another restaurant.

Amazing service with great location on the main street. it was heavy rain and there was no taxis, but the manager ran across the street to signal the taxi driver to come get us. the manager was amazing.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Our food order was wrong and tasted awful. We were treated like animals when we asked for help. It's experiences like this that reminds us to pay close attention to reviews. Google viewers are being generous with their reviews. Check Yelp. DO NOT DINE HERE!!! I cannot stress this enough. The waiting staff and General Manager are rude and discriminatory and their food is not fresh as they falsely advertise.

By FAR one of the best, cleanest, fast and excellent service. I am surprised that it is also one of the lowest priced restaurants even though it looks like an upscale restaurant. Great area to sit out front to watch the beach or people that walk by, clean seats and tables, not loud, and good food portions that I often take home to eat on the next day. My favorite, are Chicken Parmesan, my son likes the burger or spaghetti bolognese?, and their drinks are also excellent, I usually have a pina colada to drink. I am a local so I tried some of the other spots,.. some of which are more tourist based so the quality is not there as they do not expect repeat customers.

Not a good experience at all yesterday afternoon April 21st at 4 pm; standard food for a high price, long time to bring the food, after my complaint I only got bad answers, but the worst was the services (Andrei was the server's name); to send a message I did not give the tip that he was expecting and he chased me and my family on the street making a complaint and at the end he said to me in my face.." never come back while I am here", so I would like to see which will be the Owner's/Manager's next action

If you look at most of my other reviews, you'll see that I rarely give five stars. So, why here?
First.) Really good food. My 'go to' restaurant fav is steak and these folks know how to do it right.
Second.) Service. After a number of visits over the years, we found attentive servers each time.
Third.) Location. Being right on the main drag along A1A, it's a convenient and comfortable place to be.
Fourth.) The beach! I can't imagine a better place to enjoy a good meal other than overlooking the water. And the beach. And the cruise ships departing from Port Everglades :-)
