The visit with friends was great. We had a table where everyone could see the ocean. Josh was a great waiter - attentive but not overbearing. He happily made out separate checks for each of our party of 8. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. My Mahi was delicious, and I enjoyed the Cajun spices. We we're not rushed, so our group was able to chat without feeling rushed. I've enjoyed going to Sea Watch for many years and am never disappointed.

Usually a 4 star, this on-the- beach elegant icon is becoming more spasmodic and cavalier, creating inconsistency. I had two time tested traditional dishes and both were tainted by some chef's unsupervised decision to add ethnic overtones to classic plates. Not in a good way.
Pasta dish of mine and several nearby tables were served with sauces that were overly liquid and over the top garlic.
Fish blackened was over done, dry, and the traditional sauce normally served as accompanying was instead swapped for a sauce that had no business being served with a blackened fish.
Their signature Seafood Medley entree was served to a guest so skimpy I was embarrassed. One shrimp, one scallop, and a 3 or 4 ounce lobster tail. Hello. The wait staff should warn people it's an appetizer portion, despite it's billing as an entree.
Used to be a decent portion. If this is the new portion size for $33 or so, then I'd skip it. There are better values on the menu. If this was missing, which I hope it was, then it's correctable.
Again, I think management can put this back on track, but I'd rather go elsewhere over the holidays while they root out the Maverick kitchen crews messing with their menu and recipes.

I love the location of Sea Watch. It has one of the best views in the area. But after my last experience, I will never return. On 10/31/17, my husband & I went for appetizers during happy hour. Our waitress was very attentive & helpful, even though it was obvious that it was short staffed as she was the only one attending a large area. She brought our order, which included mussels. I had one & my husband had two. The mussels were bad, which we let our waitress know. She was very apologetic & offered to replace it with a different appetizer, which we really appreciated. But then an older man in a suit (which I assume was the manager for the night), approached us and said that because we ate half of the mussels, he is going to charge us for the half we ate. There were much more than 6 mussels served to us, & they were returned because they were bad. We explained to him they had to be returned because they were bad and there is no way we can eat them. But he insisted he will charge us & that he did. That night, I had the worst food poisoning in my life!! I will never return. There are much better managers at other restaurants & I don’t want to experience that type of food poisoning ever again. If a restaurant can’t ensure that the food they serve is safe & if it has managers that will not appropriately address their problems, then I don’t need to be there.

I went here with my baby for her 21 birthday. And it did not disappoint, although we went at night it was still a breathtaking view alongside a scrumptious dinner. I had surf and turf and it came with crunchy onions and a Bernice sauce and let me tell you it was AMAZING! Also the service was incredible! He was always making sure we were good. thks is a must visit place.

11/10/17 Loved the entire meal. Layla was a super server. Great food, drinks and service. The food was on point as usual and I must recommend the Sea Watch Salad. You will not be disappointed here.
4/29/16 What a wonderful place to relax, eat lunch, and watch the Atlantic Ocean. The Karen's Club was awesome to say the least and the Fried Colossal Shrimp were more than a meal. I added a New England Clam Chowder to my Club and it was perfect not overly salty and the right consistency. Service and management always on point here.

2/4/16 Excellent food! Really nice staff. Gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. We wanted to take a break from the daily grind and eat some "real" food and this restaurant did not disappoint. We stopped in for lunch on a Monday. The waiter recommended the Prime Rib sandwich and he was spot on (great choice). The Fish and Chips were also a hit. All of the entrees were made with super fresh ingredients which we devoured.

Excellent relaxing meal this evening. Grilled shrimp were some of the best I have had . Seared scallops were perfectly cooked with a delightful glaze. Service was attentive, friendly, unrushed and professional. The ocean front cocktail porch can’t be beat. This is a favorite of ours and we have come here many times over the years. I don’t trunk I have ever been disappointed. We will keep coming back

Great dinner. The dinner special from 4-6 on Saturday was fantastic. Crab stuffed Orange Roughy. Our waiter Dave was very helpful and attentive. Great views of the ocean while you dine.

I have been coming here since early 1990. I love their dinner at dusk. Must be seated between 5-6 pm. $25.95 complete dinner that includes lobster on the menu. I always get the lobster even though I think I will get something different next time. Dinner at dusk gives you a beautiful view during dinner and then allows for time to walk on the beach. This place is on the beach.

I got the extra appetizer ($40) and it was ok but the clams and oysters were very sandy. The rest of it was good. See the pictures.

Look the location is a 5. The service is a 3, just average, not bad. The cocktails were good, the 1.25lb lobster was good, the grouper was ok. ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY PLAIN. The GARNISH (capers and more) was tasty. We were there celebrating my husband's birthday and had seen another table get a dessert with a candle. A (tasty) key lime pie was unceremoniously set at our table sans candle and the waiter wasn't even sure whom to place it in front of. The hostess sure knew. Anyway, a bit over rated. We've now been there once (it was our first time, we just moved to FL), not sure we'll be back.

Spectacular view with amazing service. Paula took great care of both my mother and I. Luis was really upbeat and friendly with replenishing our beverages. Overall a can't miss one of A kind atmosphere for almost any setting. I would recommend Sea Watch to anyone, and I do as the concierge at Pompano Beach Marriott. Really thankful for all the staff who took care of us that evening. Thank you, Paula, Luis and everyone who contributed to our memorable evening! You were magnificent!

Food is second to none. Great service, amazing bartenders (make sure you visit Nina) and amazing views. If you go during lunch, try the crab melt.

Amazing restaurant that is located directly on the water. I must say, the views alone will make your visit an unforgettable experience. Beyond that, Sea Watch has phenomenal food dishes: unsurprisingly, they are also experts in seafood.

I had the Mahi sandwich, personally--it was awesome.

30$ plate. Seared scallops were awesome. Slightly smaller portions ensures room for desert😆. Went at 5 pm on Sat. Smaller crowd, great service. Red skillet cornbread some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely return.

Great service with lovely views. Always make a reservation and ask to be seated in the south east corners for the best views.
The swordfish is terrific. Anything fresh is terrific to good. Other stuff is average to fair.
Kids can go out back and walk down to the ocean while waiting for dinner.
