  Awsome! Great supply, fun bounce houses and a very good price! Everyone thinking of renting one look no further.
  Plus very clean, they take great care to sanitize all their bounce houses. It looked brand new!

  My daughter contacted this company to provide a bounce house for my grandson's birthday party. On the day of the party, October 24, my daughter contacted them to confirm the delivery time and she was told that they would not be bringing out the bounce house due to rain in the forecast. After several texts, the owner agreed to bring out the bounce house as we informed her that a party full of kids was expecting it. The set up crew arrived and would not set up until cash was paid, they had no receipt for payment, we had to hand write a receipt for them and have them sign it. We gave them $ 160.00, cash for use of the bounce house. . The bounce house was set up shortly before noon and we were to have use of it till 4pm, with pick up by 5 pm. The party started at 1:00 pm, so the bounce house was effectively used for 1 hour, with minimal use by a few children between 12:00 and 1:00 pm.
  
  This company does NOT provide a written contract and there was no mention of a rain out clause when we hired them. It rains often here in Michigan, so we would have had a back-up recreation activity for the kids had we known that they did not want rain on their bounce house. To be fair, they did mention when they delivered the bounce house they may come pick it up if rain did occur, however, we felt that a refund would be in order for the unused portion of time.
  
  I am still confused as to how a bounce house that should probably be washed and sanitized after each party is affected by light rain showers.
  A light rain started to fall at about 1:45 pm and the crew arrived at 2, informing the children that they had to vacate the bounce house, as they were taking it. I understand heavy winds, lightning etc. But there was only a light rain falling, the kids were having a good time and the enclosed bounce house was dry on the inside. The kid's of course were not pleased with having their fun removed.
  
  We contacted the owner to inquire about refunding us a portion of our money, I figured 50 % as we only got use of it for 50 % of the time that we paid for. The owner refuses to refund us anything. They do not accept credit cards, they took our cash, so we have no option to get our money back.
  
  I'm not sure how a business can operate with a clean conscience providing recreation for kids while defrauding the parents who paid them.
  In my mind, if you agree to provide a service/product and are PAID for it. you are obligated to provide 100 % of the product/service or refund the difference.
  
  The only positive's about this experience was that the delivery crew was polite, the bounce house was clean and in excellent condition and the set up was very professional. The kid's enjoyed themselves the short time it was there, very much. However, due to the lack of communication from the owner, the lack of written contract with rental policy made clear, the lack of a written/printed receipt, and the refusal of any kind of refund, I would not recommend of this company and will not use them again.
  
  I would also mention that several parents at the party were impressed with the bounce house and inquired as to where we rented it from, only to see it removed early, kids unhappy and our family denied any sort of refund.
  I would not expect any future business from anyone attending our party.
  
  I gave this firm 2 stars for the above mentioned positive's.

Dealt with other bounce rentals downriver and by far this one's the BEST with service, attitude, cleanliness and pricing. Also they help you choose the right bouncer for your needs for your party.
