Rooms are below average. Walls are paper thin. Shower is either luke warm or boiling lava hot. Price is not comparable to the quality. The surroundings are great however. Great access to the beach. Staff is friendly.

Absolutely horrendous! I came here with my sister and her children and the experience was horrible all along. Even before the visit, I had an extremely hard time booking a room. When we got there, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the manager Dorothy said she'd do something about it, yet she didn't!! Dorothy was very rude and disrespectful, especially to my nieces and nephews. We came last winter, and when we were using the pool, they advertised it as heated, but it was freezing!! The staff in general were dishonest. There are many better hotels for cheaper prices down the street, and next time I'll probably try the Windjammer Resort.

Cosy motel 150 feet from the beach at very reasonable prices excellent staff and management great for whole family efficiency or suite rooms well furnished and very clean

I give it one star couse is the minimum I can give, but is the worst place to spend a vacation in Lauderdale by the sea,due to the in charge lady,named Dorothy Hacker who lives in there and wants to spend her time just watching TV in her room and not been disturbed. You can't do what you vacation for,listen to music,share nice food, enjoy the pool,chat with friends, in this place u aren't allowed to do that, she will yell at u like a lunatic as if u were doing something very bad.She will yell at kids and get them scare.She mistreats people, she has no respect for your vacation time. If u want to spend a good time, book another hotel.

One of the greatest hotels in the world. They have clean rooms with an actual kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The televisions get so many channels and the staff and manager are so helpful and kind. Their is a public barbeque and a beautiful pool. The beach is literally across the road. Great prices for such amazing quality. It's no wonder why this hotel has 5 star reviews!

Die zwei Übernachtungen in diesem Hotel waren zwei zu viel.
Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist veraltet, was aufgrund des Preises noch nicht sonderlich schlimm gewesen wäre. Jedoch war die Unterkunft total verdreckt. Da wundert man sich nicht, dass andere Gäste in ihren Bewertungen von Ungeziefer berichtet haben (wir hatten damit zum Glück keine Probleme).
Die Betten sind jedenfalls sehr klein und die Matratzen total durchgelegen. Vernünftig schlafen kann man hier definitiv nicht.
Des Weiteren sind die Zimmer zwar groß, jedoch absolut dunkel und wenig einladend. Die uralten dunklen Möbel trugen ihren Teil dazu bei.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstr., der Weg bis zum Strand beträgt ca. 300m.
Direkt nebenan gibt es einen großen Publix, der zwar völlig überteuert ist, jedoch wenigstens schnelles Einkaufen ermöglicht. Wesentlich günstiger kauft man im ebenfalls nahegelegenen (mit dem Auto) Walmart ein.
Wir haben uns hier leider absolut nicht wohl gefühlt.response / report this review -

What a disgusting, smelly, awful place. The room smelled of pesticide and the bed sheets were stained. Yes, it's close to the beach but I'd rather sleep on the beach than in such a foul-smelling room. The staff was nice but unable to do anything about the conditions. Not sure if the people who rate this place higher got nicer rooms or clean sheets but we had dirty stained sheets and a smell of chemicals. Avoid.

This property and hotel at first glance looks very nice. Clean. Modern
Was happy until we realized that our room was INFESTED with roaches. We were given an almost empty bottle of raid. When we realized that they were even in our refrigerator we asked to be moved considering we had food in there. We then spent the rest of our evening going up and down the stairs moving all of our belongings. At checkout I alerted Bruno of the issue we had and we were not offered a discount or any thing at all for that matter. we were extremely understanding and cool about the situation from the beginning. We called once we got home and asked for management where Dorothy the manager was extremely rude. The property is nice looking and LOOKS clean but obviously looks can be deceiving because they have a huge roach problem and sadly enough weren't accomdating at all to paying guests when the rooms aren't cheap to say the least. We paid full price 360$ for only 2 nights.sad.response / report this review -

On the plus side: excellent service and facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, modern and well equipped rooms. Good location near the beach, supermarket across the street and lots of good restaurants nearby. On the minus side: Noise from the air conditioner, placed in the closet(!) Weak wifi signal, at least in our room. Wifi was unreliable and slow at times. Reception closes at 5pm so if there is a problem at night you are on your own. To summarize, this is a nice, clean and comfortable hotel, with a few minor drawbacks. We stayed here for one week, and would certainly consider staying at the away inn again.
