My family had stayed here for years.it's the only place they stay when they are visiting. Great locationbeautiful views well kept grounds with sparkling clean pools.. A wonderful place to stay in Lauderdale by the sea

Been staying here for the past 3 days in room 135 - my experience has been super positive. Location is great, rate is reasonable and consistent, and the owners/management are very accommodating and all of them have been lovely in our interactions so far. Room looks nice, modern, tidy -- love having a full kitchen as well and full refrigerator. No complaints, this is one of the best if not the best lodging experience I've ever had. Would def. recommend to anyone

This is an excellent place for families at a great price most rooms have kitchens so you can cook your own food very convenient everything is within walking distance the owners are great
The area is Awesome with plenty of dining and entertainment options very safe clean and beautiful. The property is beautifully landscaped it has two swimming pools and a jacuzzi

Very anti-Hispanic resort staff besides the no people that clean which are really nice the two old managers are very anti-social and racist no visitors allowed only two people per room and every room has two double beds. Really don't understand the point max 8 people in the pool at the same time. Frankly the only up side was the price everything else extramly uncomfortable and you could feel the bad vibes the two old guy give out to people. Never coming back.

Arthur and Adam are great. Perfect location. Love the outdoor seating. Just enough of everything to make your Lauderdale-By-The-Sea trip very memorable and priced to be an excellent value for this location

For the price you certainly cannot beat this hotel. The owners are extremely accommodating and the staff do a good job. The location is perfect and that is why my wife and I come here twice a year.

I wish i could give them a minus 10. Because of Snow storm and the unfortunate killings at the airport my flight was cancelled 4 times. I get at this property at 1am and property manager came to the locked door but would not let me in. I explained and showed my resevation but he said he would not honor it because it was too late. So i am stuck tryn to find a place and a Great young lady at a Wyndham property made sure i had a room and because it was 3am gave me huge discount and checkout at noon.

Everything was clean when we got here. They provide you with a fully stocked kitchen(minus a sponge), decent beds and a pool. About 4 min walking distance from the beach.
