We booked our stay a month in advance for our cruise and we were all excited about it all until we called a week in advance to know about shuttle service and shipping diapers there beforehand. We've never been treated so poorly in our lives! Coming from someone that has worked in customer service, their service was poorly delivered. Front desk, Christina, will answer (if that's what you want to call it) your questions, then hang up (without saying goodbye), and deny she hung up after you call back. Rudeness is through the roof here! Even though, it's conveniently located and they provide shuttle service, it's not something that I could recommend to my friends or family (or yours either). Save yourself a headache and book somewhere else.

It was a good hotel with a clean room and a pretty comfortable bed with friendly helpful staff. Everything in ft Lauderdale was super expensive in general and this place was no different. They did not have an ice machine which is odd for me, it's given in Texas hotels. There was a terrible smell of someone who cooked something with a strong spice. However you couldn't smell it in the room so that's fine. I had some trouble getting hot water in the shower But figured it out, and staff was super helpful and polite

It is decent. Surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants.The appliances hardly work and maintenance guy doesn't fix anything. The staff is very lazy and nosey. The let guests smoke in the room and if you complain about it they do nothing. They claim to tell people not to smoke but it is a lie, even though the rooms are supposed to be smokefree.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD WITH A HOTEL.

I travel quite often for work and personal travel and I’ve never had such an awful experience.

I booked 5 rooms several months in advance and prior to my stay including the day that I was checking in (in the afternoon) I was told that everything was good to go and our rooms were all set. I arrived with my party including a toddler after hours of traveling and was told that my rooms were not available and that they had overbooked.

I spoke to the manager and she was completely unaccommodating, rude, and did not offer and solutions.
We were told we would need to find other accommodations.

Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

Great hotel staff , they were extremely accommodating while I was on night shift working at the near by power plant. Never had any issues, and the location is nice everything you could need is within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel for a day while waiting for my friends to arrive in town. This hotel has a great location all the stores are within walking distance. The room was nice and clean and the staff was awesome !! Thanks so much for accommodating me . Y'all rock :)

I stayed here for a week in July. Pros: Convenient location, shuttle to and from airport.

Cons: elevators slow and/or down. Shower was a trickle (this was the worst!) They have kitchenettes in the room but you have to go to front desk to get any flatware, plates, etc. There are no toasters or coffee makers in room. Not enough help at the front desk. Paid too much for the room for the lack of quality/amenities. They only clean the room once per week. We had two towels for two adults to last three days. I could go on

We paid $110 a night for the room and was promised free breakfast and free shuttle wherever we wanted. The deadbolt on our room door was missing and there were ants all over on the "third floor" the floors are labeled wrong, the third floor is really the second floor because it is labeled L,1,2,3. And the free breakfast was just grab and go. So basin a Walmart bag full of muffins and granola bars. From looking at the door you could also tell that the deadbolt has been ripped out three times because there are screw holes matching the pattern of the deadbolt in three different places on the door. We also Got charged $4 a person for shuttling after we were told it was free, that could get expensive when you have 20 people with you.

We stayed here over night before a cruise. The rooms were clean, but most everything else was lacking. The "pillows" were nearly nonexistent and were not given any extra. There were also no extra blankets. A shuttle for to the cruise port was also advertised, which is why we chose it, but there was only one person running the shuttles and all of the times except for the very latest one were already full when we got to the hotel. Also the advertised "breakfast" was a few granola bars, some prepackaged muffins, and coffee. It wasn't a terrible experience, but they did not deliver on the advertised amenities.

Stayed here May 13-15th! The room was clean, no smells or anything amiss. We made use of the mini kitchen for breakfast and dinners. Their free breakfast is pretty minimal(think mini muffins, coffee, granola bars and minute oats) so we headed to the nearby Winn Dixie for groceries when we arrived. Lovely staff! The lady at the front desk (I think her name was Bianca) is very hard-working and accommodating! She worked a long, late shift Sundayshe was actually the one to give us the cookware me needed for the kitchen and bring us extra towels later on in the night. She was there bright and early the next morning too! Such a lovely and funny person. Eddie, the shuttle driver was also very personable, and humorous; we had a nice drive back to the airport with him! Overall, I would have to say we greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come here again when in the area! :)

BED BUGS AND STAFF INFECTION!!!!!!!
If I could give less I would./ Had a friend stay here. She now has bed bug bites all over her and has a severe staff infection. We have contacted the hotel several times and were told an insurance adjuster was handling it. No sorry no attempt at any refund or accommodation and no follow up call. We are not taking this to the BBB and Health department. This establishment should be closed!!!
The manager has been rude and unaccommodating. For 2 severe cases which have resulted in hospitalizations, your location has not even made an attempt to show any kind of concern or corrective action. Hopefully the Health Department and BBB will help you guys develop a better sense of urgency.
