I have been going to this salon for 2 yrs. Always see Mary Beth. This last time I got a terrible color service. Highlights look bad, my roots are still showing in areas she didn’t cover, & the color is orangey. Plus my hair feels like straw even after a pricey deep conditioner. I was charged 200 & plus tip & left looking not much different than when I walked in. She is nice but the quality of her work is going downhill. I won’t be going back again & will shop around. For that much money I expect to walk out a happy customer. Sad, & too bad.

This place is too expensive for no reason. I went to a hair coloring and cost more than my insurance bill. Might has well they have taken my car and house too. I like the color but it was no where close to what I really wanted. This place is for rich people unfortunately I will not be going to Hair on Earth again. My hair styles back home is professional and she charge me $50 plus she give me a deep conditioning and etc.. I could not believe this place charge me more than my own stylist that give me exactly what I want and more..its a shame that I live 6 hours away else I would have went home for her to do it. Never again..smh

A bright, open space with a great atmosphere. Very welcoming. The desk staff are always chipper and friendly, and every single one of the 5 or 6 hairdressers I've had have 1.) Done a great job and 2.) Made the experience pleasant while they did it.

The hairdressers have always nailed my (male) haircut, whether I've told them specifically what I want or just given a rough outline and asked them to exercise their best judgment.

I have never felt like I've had products pushed on me or like I've been given the hard-sell technique, just had friendly pointers and advice.

The single most genuinely hair salon experience I’ve ever had! The decor and ambiance is different every time you go, and the quality of the stylists is uniform throughout - a solid 10/10. That’s not to say they’re all the same, but it may take a bit of experimenting to see who your favorite is!

I've tried finding a less expensive, consistent hair salon in Tallahassee for a while now and Hair on Earth is the best place I've come across! Kacie is the best :)

I had an appointment scheduled at 11 am. When I got there at 10:58 the receptionist said that I had booked for 12:30 and said that I could wait 20 min and be seen early. I told her my full name to verify because I was certain about the time. She assured me that it was 12:30 so I waited in my car until she called me at 11:15 to say that she was mistaken and my appointment was at 11. People make mistakes and that is fine - what floored me what that she said that she had no more available slots or cancellations and I would have to come back another time! What kind of customer service is that? I takes literally 15 min for a mens haircut. You made the mistake, you fix it.

Chelsea is wonderful. She is very skilled with color and cuts and provides her clients with education and training.

I asked for super close sides and length up top, instead the girl cutting my hair used clippers on the bottom 1/4 of hair and then used scissors to cut away at it making my head oddly square. I told her it was too long so she decided to continue using scissors. If you need someone with the ability to use clippers go somewhere else, now I have an oddly shaped haircut and have to go get a new one from a Barbershop somewhere.

I was greeted warmly, and recommended for a "senior" stylist and colorist. She appeared to listen carefully to my request for foils taking a previous lift to a lighter level, and given a picture of the silver-white bangs I wanted. I ended up with hair almost exactly the same color as it had been when I walked in-she had interpreted my request as my needing low-lights. I paid over a hundred dollars and did not receive what I had requested and thought we had agreed upon. I will not be coming back.

Have had multiple people cut my hair here, all did an amazing job. Make an appointment in advance, always have trouble finding a last minute appointment, they must be doing something right. :)

My go-to place! Prices are competitive with other area salons, and I always feel like I get what I pay for- and then some.

Kacie is a great stylist for several reasons- she's very laid back yet professional, and I feel like she executes the style I request very well. Plus, she takes her time. I may request a simple trim sometimes, but I never feel rushed, and I can tell she really focuses on her work and is proud of that.

The products are top quality. They are a bit pricey, but, again, you get what you pay for. I feel like the products' effects are explained very well to me, and that I could replicate the style at home after being explained how to properly use them.

Atmosphere is nice, too. Inside, a drink is offered when you check in, it's well lit, fun music is playing at a respectable volume, and you can tell the overall morale in the place is really upbeat.

Parking can be a bit tricky the first time when you first see the parking lot, but it's certainly not a deterrent. The salon itself is centrally located.

Long story short, I have never left the salon feeling disappointed. I will continue to be a patron! :)
