i went in on a whim. i was seated & started on within 10 minutes of my arrival. very clean & relaxing. all of the staff were friendly. tommy did my pedicure and did a fabulous job. reasonably priced. i will definitely make this my go-to when i am in Tallahassee.

Horrible service and loud employees shouting the whole time. I walked in and multiple other customers were already complaining I decided to wait it out and ended up regretting it. Took almost two hours just to get a pedicure, which was terrible all the way around.

I went in for a full set of acrylics the lady that did my nails rushed through. They were uneven and not shaped properly. It was almost like each nail had a different shape. Within a week one popped off. I was trying to talk to her and be polite she ignored me the whole time. The work was poor and the people were rude. Oh! And she made to my cuticles bleed! I will never go back!

A day after my pedicure I noticed sensitivity in my big toe. Two days later I realized I had a nasty infection. I was forced to put my day on hold to go to the doctor and get a prescription for antibiotics. I have never had a problem with an infection after a pedicure and I was extremely disappointed that this $29 pedicure resulted in an infection that required medical attention. They were accommodating when I asked for a refund, which I did appreciate, but I was not reimbursed for tip, co-pay at the doctor's office, or the cost of the medication to fix their mistake. And they made me point out my nail tech in front of him which was very awkward and uncomfortable. Overall very disappointed with this nail salon.

Worst experience ever!!! Will never patronize this shop again! The nail tech (he) was very rough, toe nail is sore!!! After making this known, he completing stop working on my feet with not much energy, needless to say, I did not have the energy to say anything. He continue to talk to the nail tech next to him, oh that will be $29, oh wait, he miss the polish for my "big" toe, red nail polish every where, "did you get it all?" He: "yes, yes!"
Decide to try an eye brow wax, I really should have left after the so called pedicure the eye brow tech, "I am very fast! It does not take me long!" Ok, left eye brow completely shorter than the right and thinner!!! What the????? At the register, the cashier was NOT friendly, that will be $39!!!! That will be the last time I waste my money at an expensive so called upscale nail salon, ugh!!!!response / report this review -

I've been going for years. Always love my nails. Niki is my nail tech. Salon is very clean always. They have great customer service. The owners greet me by my name always. The atmosphere is tastefully decorated. The music is relaxing. Always a good experience.

I'm very happy going to the salon because not only did they make me feel comfortable relaxed and ultra clean interior. They have one of the best technicians in the area! Great with their hands and friendly attentive service. I'm very happy with my nails shape and Design.
