  I’ve been going to exotic nails for a while now, but now they have a whole new staff working there and they’re amazing. Tina did my nails and they look so goodddddd. Love them, best set ever. Plus they’re super nice. Customer service is also amazing. & they do not rush to do your nails, whatever you request they’ll do just that.

  I have gone to exotic nails two times now & had the best experience. Great OPI products, awesome prices, awesome customer service. Will continue to come back for my pedicures & manicures.

  Honestly the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I got gel polish on my natural finger nails and within 3 DAYS they were already lifting. I had to go in 3 different times to get my nails corrected. If I was able to give less than a 1 star I would. When I went in there yesterday the guy told me that I need to get acrylic nails if this happens again. I told him no I don't, if there were done correctly I would never have this problem. The entire gel polish came off of my finger! How does that happen?? Please note that this is not the first time that I've got gel polish on my natural nails. They don't know what they're doing here. And today YET AGAIN another finger with GEL polish has chipped. I should have listened to the reviews when I first read them, but I thought since the reviews were a while ago they would get it together.I was WRONG! Save your money and go else where.

  Overcharged me for a fill. Got a fill with regular acrylic and gel polish and the owner charged me $45! That's the price of a gel nail. Then all my nails were different sizes. Never going here ever again. Can't find a good nail salon in town.

  I Always enjoy this shop! Super friendly staff and my nails always look amazing Thanks to Tiffany and my pedicures are always on point thanks to Susan. Really do enjoy this shop.

  if i could rate a zero i would. it was my first time there. they did attended me quick so i ask the lady hey can u clean my nails before doing anything cus they dirty. she said ya ya sure. but she continued with my nails and i asked her again she said i use machine after im like tf. so then i notice she was puttin wrong size nails on my fingers. i told her maam this is not the right size. she said okay.. then i told her stop and let me see your licence. then i saw it didnt have pictures. so i told her to take them off i dont feel comfortable getting my nails done here. then a male keep telling i do it i do it and i refused to get it done here. as she continue with the nail removal. she was pulling them. i got mad and said your hurting me and i left never again.

  I wish I didn't have to give them any stars. I went here last night for a pedicure and chin wax. The pedicure was finethe usual. However my chin wax was the worst! First of all, the man who runs the place did it. The last time, a woman did and she was great. This guy was rough, he was practically slapping me. He was sloppy. He got wax on my shoulder and in my hair! & when I pointed it out to him, he told me it was "ok". What do you mean its ok? I had just gotten it done hours before! Then he proceeds to wax my sideburns and my face. I stopped him and told him I just wanted my chin, but he insisted and told me he was going to "hook me up". He started telling me how good I was going to look and how "my man was going to love it". I don't even have a "man". I let him proceed since he had already began. When he finally finished and checked me out, he told me my price was $48!!! I almost caught whiplash when I did the double take at the price list. A pedicure costs $23 and a chin wax costs $10. When I said that to the man he began to argue with me about how he waxed my entire face. Entire face? He only did my chin and sideburnsno lip or eyebrows. Anyway, I explained that I did not ask for any extra and that he did that on his own so I wasn't paying for it. He started to get loud and disrespectful. I gave him $33 for the services I requested, told him I would never be back, and left. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and DBPR.
