Nice, quaint, clean & hospitable. Only thing is the walls are thin but it's a bed & a breakfast right? Lol, I am pleasantly pleased.

The building is beautiful, the hosts were charming and welcoming. It's comfortable, clean and the the breakfast buffet being on the porch was a nice touch.

This is the best location - at the "quiet" end of Duval Street, just a block away from the Southernmost point. Everything is in easy walking distance (you can easily make it to Mallory Square in about 20-25 minutes if you're fit), otherwise bikes can be rented across the street. Gorgeous rooms, and very friendly personable staff. When the 3rd party booking site messed up our reservation (not the fault of the Avalon at all), we were upgraded to a luxury king room for the price of the small queen. The breakfast on the front porch in the mornings was delicious, with plenty of selection, both health conscious and the indulgent. We hope to be back again soon.

The room was very clean and comfortable, maybe just a little bit small (we were 4 people in the same room) but very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent !!! There wasn't private parking, but we parked in front of the hotel (we paid 20 $ for 24 hours). I would like to come again!

Very Nice stay at Avalon. Great staff. Good breakfast. Close to the beach and most southern point in US. We were lucky to have the Honeymoon suite. Our own house outside the building.

A hidden gem in Key West. Avalon is small but very charming B&B in center of key West. The building pittoresk, the rooms are small but excellent in comfort. They serve a great breakfast as well. It is located at the end of an popular restaurant and shopping road but very close to the beach. Will definitely come back!

Stayed a week in Feb, 2017 and had a great experience.

Start with a very nice breakfast on the porch that starts around 8 and ends around 10:30. Nice, cool porch on Duval. Constant traffic of people walking past makes it fun and interesting.

    Rooms are nice and clean.

Staff are very happy and give great recommendations for places to eat.

This is on the "quiet side" of Duval and the neighborhood is quiet.

Wife and I went around the corner to Annas and got Cuban sandwiches (best on the island), came back and ate on the porch

Very nice time. A little pricey but everything on the island in the way of accommodations tends to be pricey, so this is in line.
