The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is good. Cannot beat the price. But encountered Eve teasing by few guys at the poolside area which made the experience bitter.

Rooms and big and clean. Washrooms are clean and towels are clean and smell good. The breakfast was simple and good. Nothing exciting. The price however was a on a high side. Parking was difficult as there are limited spaces and if you are arriving late then good luck finding a space. We had a 2 bed room. We traveled 4 adults in month of September. Front desk was polite.

You cannot beat this place for quality and value for the price. It's got the charming old-school feel of vintage motels, but it's not at all rundown and gross like others of its design can be. Staff was great (especially Jenna!), rooms are huge and clean, and it was far enough from the trash of Duval to allow breathing room. Would stay again.

This was a great place to be centrally located in Key West. The facility was excellent. Room was clean, staff was exceptionally friendly yet not in our business. The pool was fab, and open a little late for us quiet people just having fun. Me and my husband agree that we will come here again any time we visit Key West.

Workers are very friendly and nice. They allow us to park our car in their parking lot after we check out when we had a hard time to find parking there. Room were clean, breakfast was included, but coffee can be stronger . You get a better rate when you call them directly. I would recommend this place for the price.

Motel is great. Very clean and the staff is very welcoming. The only downside was the WiFi was pretty spotty, although that may have been the device I was using. Would definitely stay there again.

Took a while to get our rooms ready; but I understand as we needed two handicap accessible rooms. Some of the rooms are really nice, and others are just decent. Certainty worth the price considering the location.

Located near to the Southernmost Point and is near enough for seeing all kinds of attractions of Key West by walking. The Rooms are very clean and tidy. The Breakfast had everything you need in the morning and the people working at the Motel were very friendly.

We had booked a fast boat down to the keys from Fort Myers. It was cancelled due to a bad weather. I contacted this place to cancel as we had no way to get there. They were rude and would not cancel, would not discount this room we were unable to use. Charged us full rate for not event staying there. They would not even let us re book this or use it at another time.
I'd steer clear of a place that has no understanding of things that happen that are out of your control.
I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to never stay at the Blue Marlin Motel while they stay in the Keys.
Even a little discount would have been more understandable. To charge a customer who didn't even stay on their premises full rate is just absurd.response / report this review -

don't let "motel" fool you. it's a perfectly quaint and suitable place to stay. it's no 5 star, but decent prices, clean, perfect amount of accommodations in the form of clean warm pool, breakfast, coffee, clean towels. would definitely stay again.

Overall a nice place to stay.
It's not the newest, but the room was clean and spacious. The bed was good and I slept well. I've read some of the rooms where renovated, mayby better try to get one of that
