I was very pleased with Auto World of Conway SC on Hwy 90. They gave us an opportunity to look around without any pressure and that is what I like when I am shopping especially for reliable transportation, and we are very pleased with the truck I purchased. Jason Allen was one of the most awesome sales representatives I have ever dealt with and he helped answer any questions we had. I will definitely be going back to Jason when I get ready to purchase my next car. Since I hadn't purchased anything major in many years which actually hurts credit ratings, they worked to get me the best deal possible.

Jason was very helpful and even though my credit is a bit lower than desired and my trade in car had a few issues they worked with me to get an awesome new car better on mileage less miles and even got a lower insurance rate Greg was also very helpful in getting my trade in approved and get my payments for my new car where I was able to do it Rick also went through several cars and payment plans to find the one right for me awesome service great guys def recommend!

Just wanted to say that this is the single best place I have ever dealt with. In less than 2 hours we found and were able to purchase a 2013 Volvo XC60 well below BB value. Immaculate in condition,superb drivability. I am still in awe and amazement how easy this was and how great a selection they have.Despite the car being on another lot they didn't flinch. It was driven up to us within 20 minutes. I have spent hours and in some cases,days at other places only to walk out completely dissatisfied but no more. I found the last place I'll need for all future vehicles I may need as well as getting them serviced..this is the place so look no further. And thank you the owner Ron and to all the staff who helped us. You've restored my faith that there are still good honest dealers left who take customer service seriously. Do not buy from these guys. They will lie to you over the phone and then to your face just to sell a car. I don't make a lot of money, but I would NEVER practice the methods or behaviors the owner and salespeople used towards me even to make $1. I would feel low, dirty, ashamed, and would not be able to look at myself in the mirror. Stay away if you want any type of respectable treatment. Have already paid more money in repairs than I did for the car. Shame on them!!

My wife and i went to look at a Nissan truck for $8500.00. Was met with open arms and smiles. Truck drove good but truck was already running when we got there which means that any rattling it was going to do when its first cranked we would not hear. We were told on several occasions to not cut the truck off which sounded suspicious. When we got back to the dealership we told him we liked it and we noticed it had a major oil leak that we wanted fixed before we bought it. After 10 minutes of us waiting on the salesman the sales manager came over and told us it was a rear main seal and it would cost $500 to fix it. He would pay half of we payed the other half. For a car they are selling. These people have lost their kinds. Never again will I go to them.

Went to AutoWorld hoping to find a good deal. When we got there they where really friendly and helpful and helped us find a great deal on what I thought was going to be a reliable car for my wife and our 2 children. I was wrong.2 months after buying the car my wife was driving to GA when the car just shut off out of nowhere, after getting it towed to a mechanic they tell us the engine seized up and we need a new engine. After explaining the situation to AutoWorld they basically said it is nothing they can do. So now we are stuck with a $10000 car that need a $2000 repair already. Seem like has soon as AutoWorld as there money that all they want.

THIEVES AND SCOUNDRELS!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE "PEOPLE"!
My wife bought a car two weeks ago. They contacted her today telling her that the financing didn't go through. They said bring the car back. My wife asked "don't we have a contract?" They said it didn't matter they would call the cops.
She called a lawyer and I called the sheriff. They both told us that the contract was valid and they couldn't get the car back unless we didn't pay our payments.
At 10:30pm a tow truck showed up to take the car. We called the police and showed the tow truck driver the contract. By the time the police arrived, the tow truck driver agreed with us and waited to tell the police that he was there in error. We have a contract with Auto World. The owner of Auto World is a thief and a liar.
He slandered my wife by telling the tow truck driver that she lied on the application. We are going to sue him for whatever we can get.
DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS LIAR!!

Update: we are at the hospital because my wife thinks she is having a heart attack over this. We will be suing and suing and suing some more. Slander, illegal debt collection, harassment and we will keep the car just to spite them. We will make every payment early. With money orders sent certified so he can never lie about my wife again. If I could give this place a lower rating I would.
