Bought a car in September 2017. No title transfer until November and then they screwed it up then. Why do I have to chase down something that the dealer is supposed to handle? Then Barbara makes it sound like it's my fault!!! Hideous customer service.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. Terrible customer service. They lie to you and make excuse after excuse for their screw-ups. Paid cash for a truck and they promised it delivered by a Friday. It is now the next Wednesday and I still have no truck and they have not called to tell me when it will be ready. Damaged the truck and tried to cover it up with a plastic bedliner. Very dishonest people. NEVER BUY A CAR OR TRUCK HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING LIED TOO AND JERKED AROUND AND WANT THEM TO SELL YOU AN INFERIOR PRODUCT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT .

The service department at Bell & Bell are the BEST. They analyze the problem and recommend options. They always try to get you back on the road as soon as possible. Service adviser Kyle is especially helpful.

My dad was out at the recycling center and ran into someone who worked for bell and bell. The person put down my 77 year old dad who is a military veterans for driving a Ford. I don't like how my dad was treated by one of there employees. I can say this nobody from are family will purchase a vehicle from them.

From the beginning, I dealt with Dani in Internet Sales and she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted and to keep me up to date with rebates. I ended up waiting to purchase a truck until better rebates. At this time, Cameron helped me get the truck I wanted at a price that was fair. It was a no haggle experience and they delivered my truck to where I was working that day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a GMC.

I figured a chevy/gmc place could fix my 97 silverado where my check engine light was on but I was wrong. They was going to charge me 60.00 before I got there to time my truck where I put a new distributor in, when I got there it took them about 45 minutes to tell me my distributor was off a tooth (my truck ran fine when I brung it in) so he was going to charge me 165.00 to pull it out and re align it and it would take him an hour to do. About 45 more minutes later he came out and told me it was a tooth off and he fixed it per specs but my light was still on for the same thing it went in for. Now he tells me my distributor must be bad (but my truck still runs the same as it went in which is good) so at this point I was upset with this guy and just told him to let me know what I owe them and I would be on my way. Final bill was 145.00 for nothing basically. If my distributor was bad or a tooth off my truck would run like crap but it doesn't. Its just that the truck has to be timed and this guy didn't need to be working there.

I took my 2006 hummer in to be checked under a recall notice from GM. The work had already been performed by an independent shop and GM wanted verification that the replaced part was the correct part. I do not believe a mechanic ever looked at the vehicle. I received a work order that said 'the part looks new but I cannot see any numbers' This came from the mysterious Harold who I found out later is the customer satisfaction contact. The recall was for a problem that could have caused a fire. I am no longer confident in GM as a whole and I will never go to Bell & Bell again and I will tell anyone who asks to avoid them at all costs.
