Joe Julian was great. In and out quickly. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Was enjoyable to make a deal and get our new van. Also Reza Asobar was great a help in getting our terms.

I walked in and every one was friendly and pleasant. As they didn't have what I was looking for they went out of their way to find it. I was very fussy as to what I was looking for in a Dodge Journey, but they found it with all the options I wanted. Again, Thank you to you all. It was a team effort from the sales man, to the sales manager, and the finance dept. So far I love my car.

Working with Jeremy, our sales rep, was a delight. He was personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. As with any car purchase, if you do your homework you are in control, and Jeremy seemed to understand and respect that. I give him 6 stars! The only reason I didn’t give the dealership 5 stars is I think they should change the back and forth between offices, sales person, manager, parking lot, finance, etc. It is too much. Once you decide on a car all parties need to come to you and work through the details. And there’s no reason it should take almost 3 hours. Still, serving us lunch was a nice touch!

We were ready to leave our vacation to go home. Jeep wouldn't start. It sounded bad and we knew it had to have work. Chuck at Victory Jeep took great care of us. He made sure we had a loaner vehicle on Saturday aftenoon to last us till Monday evening when he said the jeep should be ready. He called us Monday to let us know choices and prices of what was found. I have never had this happen. I would highly recommend Victory along with the Victory team. They were all just down home people helping the best way possible!

My husband and I bought our first Jeep Cherokee at Victory Chrysler Dodge. Todd York was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We highly recommend this dealership. Jessica and AJ were also very helpful and we appreciate everyone's involvement in making our experience a great one. Thank you all for your time, caring assistance and dedication. We've searched dealerships for about a year and no other place compares to the quality of service we received at Victory. Also want to give a big Thank You to the Service Department. Earlier this year, we brought in a vehicle to them for repairs and they took excellent care of us. We were treated with honesty and integrity with both experiences and have zero complaints.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a resident of a small town everyone knows everyone and I was very comfortable with the staff at Naber Dodge. This new company Victory is obviously all about the money and does not care about the customer or the employees. When victory took over you could feel/ see the difference. The Naber employees were like extended family but once victory came in everyone looked miserable and one by one I started seeing new faces. It became clear to me that victory was getting rid of all the locals. I used to enjoy going in for service and looking at cars talking to the salesman but that's over now. All the old service staff are gone and when I went in for an oil change and nothing else they tried to charge me almost 300 dollars for things I never agreed to. I wanted to speak to the manager and apparently the new service manager cannot be bothered as it took her 20 minutes to finally speak with me and she really tried to get me to pay for it. I refused and fought and did not pay and I will never be back. I have never talked to such a rude incompetent person in my entire life. I miss the old staff so much. It's so sad to see what a corporation can do to a local business. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away. As I said before this is a small town and I know some of the previous employees and I was told in confidence that victory treats you as a number and not a person. They do not have their employees best interest at heart. I have even been told that they can be fired if they do not "up sell" you which apparently means selling you more work than needed which I believe is part of this new service managers plan. It was disgusting to me to hear that I trust employees with my vehicle and if they do not try and sell me things I don't need they could lose their jobs. So you cannot trust what they say you need for your car. I will never go back. They have stopped treating me like family and no one recognizes me anymore anyway as I do not recognize any of them. Be assured if you go to this establishment you will be a victim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exceptional time dealing with an impressive staff and courteous group of managers at Victory. I went in looking for a Jeep Wrangler and walked away with a loaded 2017 Dodge Challenger. Todd York and the general managers, as well as the gentleman who handled my paperwork at closing, were awesome during the process. I can also say that Victory has a nice service department I have never had issues with during my time as a customer. On the rare occasion where my service was delayed due to parts issues, the staff worked with me in terms of discounts and costs being taken off my total bill. Just a great group of people at the Shallotte, N.C., dealership. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt the best dealer on the eastcoast. They will go above and beyond for their customers and help you get the vehicle you want. They delivered my new dodge ram to my place of work, 4 hours away at no charge. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase.

I have bought 5 Jeeps here in the past 4 years. Todd has always taken care of any need or concern I have ever had. These folks have always exceeded my expectations and have always gone the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. I can't say enough about this dealership every person I have dealt with has always treated me with care. I believe these folks really care about there customers at least this one and I would not hesitate recommending this dealership to anyone. Thanks to Todd and AJ you guys are the best.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service at victory. I have been a customer for some time now and have never had any issues. The service personnel are always friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I've been to many service departments and I must say this one is the best.

I had the best dealership experience ever. I recommend them to everyone! My credit isn't the best and they were so willing to do everything possible to help me out! I have been to 8 dealerships and all of them have given me the worst service and only wanted my money! I have a great car, for more than you can imagine price! Keith and Lorenzo are amazing men and I will definitely be back! I LOVE THESE GUYS! If you feel like they aren't a great company, you are a classified idiot! These people will take care of you and definitely put your interest/affordability first!

I recently purchased a ram rebel from here. After spending much time looking at all makes and models I picked the ram when I walked in I was greeted by Eddie I told him what I was looking for and right away he got to work. Not only did they have the truck I was looking for they saved me thousands over what other dealerships in the area where asking for. I have bought cars from many dealerships and with eddies help this was hands down the best buying experience I've ever had. If you're looking for a car or truck and want a professional dealership but still has the small town feel where they know you're name and treat you like family this is definitely the place to go. Thanks again Eddie smith for all you're help and hard work to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for!!
