We went to Black's Tire today because we noticed our front tires were in poor shape and being on vacation and having to travel back to Boston in 2 days. We we were so impressed with the Customer Service Representative Adam and the whole team. They were able to take us in and we got our new tires and a front end alignment very quickly and for a very reasonable price! We visit Myrtle Beach alot and we will definitely give any future business to Black's Tire!

All the staff here are very friendly & down to earth. They are good trust worthy people. My fiancee & I have been coming here for over 5 years & will continue to be loyal costumers. They do such an amazing job at what they do! Thanks!

Excellent customer service! The front desk gentleman (Mike I believe) of this location now works in Little River and he’s awesome, the same the guys that work there. Hard working honest men that will always do their best. I totally recommend going to Black’s Tires at either location! It’s always a pleasure to talk to them and they’re trustworthy, fast, honest and the prices are fair.
My husband went to the North Myrtle Beach location some time ago and got such a good impression that he decided that Black’s Tires is the only reliable place to go with your car (and believe us, we’ve been to many), and we haven’t looked back.response / report this review -

Who doesn't freak out a little about having to make costly car repairs for an older vehicle on a tight budget? Thankfully, Mike and Sandy and the rest of the gang at Black's are awesome and not only did they calm me down, but they repaired my sagging, broken exhaust pipe at a super reasonable price! Thank goodness there are still places out there like Black's in North Myrtle beach that treat their customers like family. I highly recommend taking your car troubles here! I know I will be coming back here in the future for sure!

On vacation in Myrtle Beach and had a flat. Took my car to Black's Tire and could not have been treated better. Ended up having to get new tires due to tread on ones I had. Did not rip me off. Charged a fair price. Thank you Sandy Graham and Grant Jenkins. You guys are the best.

Great place. Nice home feeling. Mike and Sandy were wonderful. We had went to three other places looking for tires with rim gaurds no one knew of them. Mike knew exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend to go to Black Tires first.

These folks helped me out with a tire that had a slow leak on a rainy day. They worked me in on a busy day. I really appreciate the way they do business. I believe they are straight forward and honest. If I lived locally, this would be my tire shop.

I have been dealing with Kenny and Black's Tire in North Myrtle since I moved here 20 years ago. For years when I was living on near minimum wage, Kenny would help me find used tires to keep me going because I couldn't afford new ones. I've dealt with him for brake work, oil changes, leaks, and pulling in to check my oil and tire pressure anytime I needed them. I can't say enough good about this business and appreciate them so much. I'd recommend them to my friends and family every time. In a town where so many of the car repair places will take advantage, Black's is one you can trust implicitly. Blacks Tire is 5 stars for me! Jan Chilton - Little River, SC

My family and I encountered a flat tire while on vacation. The professionals at Blacks Tire were so helpful and repaired our tire immediately, while being considerate of the sleeping baby we had in the backseat (without us asking). Everyone was super nice and the price was great! Very thankful we found them!!

Great affordable quick service. In NMB working for a few weeks and had tire problems. Was here by 8 AM and had 6 new tires in about an hour. Fair price. Thank you. Highly recommend.

First of all, this facility double charged me for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and balance. They took full advantage of me being a female and tried to get the better of me. Second of all, they never changed my oil sticker, nor reset my truck, displaying any proof that they actually did what they were supposed to do. Third, when I went to pick up my truck, they drove my truck over the cement piece in the parking spot and over the curb and parked my full size truck in the bushes. They left a dent in tailgate as well. They broke a piece of my center cap on my rim. They claim to have certifed technicians, however, they were unable to take my center caps off. My husband had to drive up there and remove the caps for them because they were that unskilled. Both my husband and I had to take time out of work to continuously go back and forth to this place to actually get everything right on my truck. I am appalled at how unprofessional, careless, and dysfunctional this facility is. They did refund me part of my money and fixed my tailgate. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They will never have any of my business again.

I changed my rating to five stars.the gentleman was absolutely
correct in what he told me .that tire was perfect and the problem
was on the other tire in the back..when I got home I replaced the
other tire and the car rides perfectly.

Developed a slow leak in tire while on vacation. Decided not to chance travel back to PA. saw myself unloading the whole car to get to the spare. Called 5 shops and all suggested an appointment or wait of 2 to 3 hours. Needing to get on the road, made 1 more call to Blacks. Sandy told me they would do their best to get me out in less than 1 hour. When I pulled in to their lot there were vehicles everywhere. I was sure I would be there for hours. They patched my tire, charged me a very reasonable rate and got me out in 52 minutes. Thank you very much Blacks. Made it home with no further problems.
