This place is overpriced. The old and used part is more expensive than the brand new one that can be purchased on Internet.

Such nice customer service. Arrived in a very timely manner even though i called last minute for a salvage pick up. When Rio arrived at to pick up my vehicle he was very kind and prompt. Didnt give me as much as i would've like, but with the cost of scrap metal so low, you cant expect much. Paid more than other salvage yards i called.

Searched for an auto salvage yard near my house. Found their location on Granville rd, and found out they have another location on Mill rd. I chose Granville rd. location. First they are late opening the place. Second, no customer service given to me or my wife when we walk through front office door. Third, website says your company takes vehicles for scrap value and also takes scrap metal. Wrong, I was promptly told "We do not accept vehicles or scrap metal at this location." That's it. Didn't offer address to other location or even a phone number to other place. Nothing. I asked for the phone number to other location and walked out the door. Then I notice the signage out front on the road says
" WE BUY JUNK CARS AND SCRAP METAL"
In bold letters on the sign. I just laugh at this point because why the hell do you have a sign that says that and not deliver on services offered. Apparently they only sell parts there. I guess this could have been avoided with a little customer service etiquette and some sign and website corrections.

DONT BOTHER WITH BRINGING JUNK CAR OR SCRAP METAL TO THIS PLACE, JUST GO TO CALUMET AUTO PARTS, LESS THAN 2 MILES AWAY!!! AWESOME PLACE!!!! They only take vehicles normally, but were nice enough to take my scrap treadmill and cylinder head to the dumpster.
