Received a quote for parts and labor to replace my car grille from here and they estimated $400 more than two other local car garages. I let it go and just didn’t buy from them.
On a different occasion I took my boyfriends car here and they said it would take 2 hours. They had the car all day. I had to keep calling and asking about it and every time they kept saying they needed one more hour and eventually asked if they could keep it overnight to do more work in the morning. When asked why it was taking so long I never got a real reason. Someone was on lunch, they lost a bolt from the car, etc. I will NEVER go back here.response / report this review -

I've had my car for exactly one month. It's been back at their service center 3 times. Still isn't fixed and has to go back again. When I called today to find out if the part was in, I was told it was but they don't have anyone there to do the work so I'd have to wait until Friday. I'm out of town working so it will have to wait until Monday. I told them the problem is getting progressively worse and asked if he was sure it was safe to continue driving (as he had previously told me) and he said that he honestly didn't know. This has been a very difficult experience, I don't seem to get anywhere with them, and my vehicle is still not right. This will be the last time I buy a car off of them. I should have known when I had to fight for them to put new tires on it (there were 3 different brands on it and one set w 2 tread patterns). My family has always given them their business. This is appalling.

The perfect place to buy a car that isn't fixed properly. Before you buy a vehicle from there, I would suggest taking it to a real shop and having it looked over. Auto Choice will take shortcuts on the repair to save money even if it is a safety issue. It is shocking that General Motors allows them to be a dealer.

Anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend Auto Choice in Moundsville. They have great cars for great prices as well as having awesome service and extremely nice people working there. And if you go I highly recommend working with Dylan Dougherty as he was absolutely the best and nicest salesman I have ever worked with.

So awful. Don't even waste your time here. They sold my fiancé a lemon and are refusing to even look at it for weeks. While in the meantime won't even give him a rental car. Terrible service would never go there again.

Raised the price on me 2000.00 dollars overnite. I notice this the next day I went back to buy the vehicle I looked at the day before then the owner/manager would not honor the listed price of the vehicle!! what a piss poor way to treat locals in my opinion.However the salesman was great.
