Known them for several years as a customer. Both Mohammed and Mansour are very friendly, customer service and satisfaction oriented ,reliable and honest. They will tell you like it is. This place also does Smog Check and does offer promotional coupon for discounted price. Technician Luis knows his stuff and is a fast and hard working guy. The place also offers Loaner car based on availability and if not available make arrangement with rental car service and reimburse for the rental cost within certain limits.

I love this place! I wasn't sure about them at first. I found them accidently when I needed both my cars smoged with a STAR Certified place. They were very good and gave me a fair price. I've been bringing my 2006 Murano to them for over four years now and, everytime, they just keep getting better. When I went in for a loud noise caused by a belt last week, they told me that it just needed to be tightened but the belt was like new. They would not charge me a dime because they said that wouldn't be fair. Once again, Mohammad and Monsor gave this lady great customer service! Thank you guys!

very bad customer service, unqualified technicians. i took my car and the technician did not like me for some reason so failed the car on purpose. and they charged me $29 for failed smog. he said the car has a changed EGR module while the module is oem and has Toyota logo on it. i took the to a Toyota dealership, they looked at it and said all the parts are oem. i never go back there again

Needed a Smog test done on the spot to sell my vehicle. Got it done quickly and inexpensively. Then when I lost the certificate 3 days later, they provided a re-print free of charge with a smile. Very pleased with the customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. First off, the gentleman working can hardly communicate. This makes it very difficult to get questions answered. I took my truck in the second time after they had checked it once already. They told me to take it to my mechanic, have him address whatever issues they found and to bring it back in. I did exactly this. This jerk starts telling me all kinds of stuff that makes absolutely no sense and says he will not test my truck. It almost felt racist (he's asian). Wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. This place is the WORST. Spend a little extra money and go somewhere that actually practices customer service.

Negative Star for this place. This place is terrible. Myself and another person saw the tech tried to yank out every wires, tubes under the hood on my 2005 3 series. Surely, one of the air box wire plastic clip broke off. He tried to charged me $20 to fix. I refused to do so and make him responsible for it. Afterward, I just said will do it else where. He tried to charge me $49. I told him will do a charge back on my Credit Card if I see it.
