It really seems this place is hit or miss from reading all the reviews the customer wants to come to a place that's friendly polite not someone putting you down on your credit score showing you a car that you don't want. It's basic customer service make the customer number one make the customer feel at home whenever I come to this specific dealership it's always an hour and a half way no matter what oil change oil half hour and a half way Car Wash hour-and-a-half wait anytime of the day I was going to get a new car but not from here from reading all these reviews I want to be treated fairly because of someone would talk to me disrespectful or talk to me like I'm their child by yelling at me they're going to have a serious problem on their hands so no way to cook that conduct business in the public sector

I absolutely love my new car! I had the best car buying experience with Zawer. He had the car ready to show me when I got there. We went for a test drive and before I knew it I was driving away. Very quick service and he was so friendly. I would highly recommend working with him. He made this process great from the very beginning!

Marco was on time with our appointment, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. He presented me with an estimate that was a bit higher above my budget than I was expecting compared to online prices. Marco took the time to explain in detail why the prices vary based on what actually comes with the car. That being said, Marco was willing to work with me to make sure I can meet my budgeted monthly payments.

Came in looking for a used car and ended up getting a new car for a bit more on my monthly payments.
Alex the floor manager helped us get a great rate and deal with the car, he even bought us lunch! Best experience thanks to him.
Will definitely be back if I get another car.

I love the staff and management of this store. Have purchased two cars and it's just one phone call to management and they. Work with you and always amazing deals. Love my Kia Forte. Perfect. Commuter car and awesome gas saver and allows me to have my special weekend toys with putting huge mileage on them. Kia is a great brand.

Last week a bought a car in this dealership after shopping around in other dealership. I was still not sure what kind of car I was looking for. I was helped by Gentleman Omar. I was in the market to buy a car for my daughter. since its was her 1st car I wanted to get something nice. I went to few other dealership but didn't feel like buying there. I came to this dealership, I was helped by Omar. I told him what kind of car I was looking for. He got me the car and we test drove it and my daughter loved it. He did his best to meet what my exceptions was. in addition he had really good customer service and plus he got lunch too while they were processing the paperwork.:)

I went in to trade in my lease last week and I had the pleasure of working with Alex who was my favorite person to work with! It might be personal preference but I prefer to work with knowledgeable sales staff it may just be that I feel much more comfortable and sometimes from the men I get that pushy sales tactic that I dislike. Alex was super informative and really was looking for my best interest and what would fit my lifestyle and budget! If you are looking for a laid back and knowledgeable sales person Alex is your guy, I appreciate him not being aggressive and giving me the knowledge I needed! SALES STAFF take note !
Made this a good experience and not a nightmare like the usual.

Wasn't expecting to buy a car when I visited but the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mauricio was able to answer every question we had and was completely professional, even excited to help us out. They were able to help us stay within budget which was a huge plus (thanks to Edwin, as well)! Because of this, I was able to take home my very first car, a 2017 Kia Forte, as an early birthday present!

Bought my first car!! A Kia Sol named him Kermit!! Sergio was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone there was welcoming and made the whole car buying experience quiet enjoyable and relaxing. Today my Uncle went to re-finance his car. While being there he found out that the Carson Kia pretty much screwed him on the price. Well today he was helped by Wendy, Omar, & Milton. While processing his papers, they requested a paper check and my uncle didn't have any on him and stayed all the way in Long Beach. Well Wendy was kind enough to take him across the street to Chase Bank to get a check printed out so he wouldn't have to make that drive back to Long Beach. Milton & Omar worked with my uncle to get a great monthly payment and a good APR! He signs the paper work and leaves. an hour later they called him back to let him know they were able to lower his monthly payment some more. He calls me and asks me to take the drive with him. While signing his new paper work, Milton asked me if I was interested in getting a new car. And who isn't, but I didn't think I could. Well after putting some numbers together, I was waiting on my new car to be washed and gassed!!! They helped my uncle lower his monthly payment and his APR and put my in a new 2017 for a great amount. Milton was kind enough to take the time out to work with me. From the moment I said yes to being interested in a new car Omar was hustling back and forth all through the parking lot to find the perfect car, and he did. Upon doing the paper work it didn't take long. All three of them were amazing. They all worked hard to make both deals happen and we couldn't be more happier. It sucks that Carson Kia did what they did but it led us to three great people at Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach. And lastly I would also like to thank Edwin in finance and Dean. Both were very helpful and explained things in an honest, understanding way. If you want a car and good people who wont hustle you..I suggest you go here!
