I enjoyed my recent service experience at Santa Monica Toyota. Sam Mull was my service rep and he is excellent--he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was familiar with my service record and paid attention to what I mentioned regarding my vehicle's needs. He explained the services clearly and everything was done quickly… He is the best. Hooray!

The dealers have been very honest and helpful with deciding which car to get. It has been the best car buying experience I have ever had as they don’t push you but just help you make informed decisions. I will buy my next car from them again.

Reyes was great during my service visit. He arranged a courtesy shuttle and got my car back to me exactly on time. Thanks! Also Ricky Jr. and Sr. were extremely helpful on a past visit arranging for a spare key to be made. Reyes, Ricky Jr. and Ricky Sr. have been extremely helpful at the Toyota Santa Monica Service Center. Thank you!

My car was serviced at Toyota of Santa Monica on 9/7/17. My service advisor was Joanna Morgan. She is the greatest. She was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I got my car back at the promised time. She will be my go to person at Toyota Santa Monica from here on.

Thomas Soveg gave me outstanding service on my visit to your service facility yesterday. He was courteous and very efficient in handling the prescribed service to my 2017 Sequoia. Thomas and his mechanic, Javier, also discovered a nail in my rear tire and repaired it quickly. I'll be back for service in 5000 miles.

Have used Toyota SM for 8-9 years. Repairs have always been done well. Assessments of repairs needed have always been accurate, never overblown. In one case, a break pad that Toyota HQ had started using caused a squeaking noise. It was replaced under warranty free of charge with a better pad. Service reps Dale Strauf and Sam Mull have been exceptional. Can't ask for better. Thanks.

I had a great experience this week. Erica in service, was friendly, through, had me done in 4 hours, and I came back for a mirror on order when they called.. brought it in, and it was ready in 2.5 hours. Almost unheard of !!!! The drivers, a new young man with a family from the South Bay, sorry I'm bad with names , was polite, he is great asset to your team!!!! All I can say is keep it up guys!!!! Great place to do business!!! And friendly! Thanks Erica!

Mark Lewis has been my Toyota service advisor at Santa Monica Toyota. It speaks well for a dealer to have continuity with their employees. I know that when I bring in my car, I will have a fair and competent representative managing the repair. We're up to 100,000 miles with our Matrix.

This is a great place to buy your car! They have a friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. If you don't see what you want, they can get it for you. Just a few minutes away is where they keep a huge inventory, and the car can be delivered to the lot. They work really hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase and purchase price.

Our experience was beyond exceptional! At the time Dane was our salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure we left there with the car we wanted. The finance portion was easy as well. Everything was explained no hidden fees or charges. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I wish I could give them 10 stars These people are super nice and professional they spend lots of time for you to make sure you are comfortable with your deal! no hidden fees or lies over at there. I bought 4 Toyota's from them and I always walked out with a great deal from there! The Manager John is super nice as well as the Sales person Dan they will get you the best deal ! Thank you again for your hard work and being so helpful and kind to me !

Thomas Soveg was outstanding! Very prompt, courteous and informative. He even took the time to play with my dog. Very warm and personable. Really enjoyed my visit and Thomas made it that much more pleasant. Quick and easy and all around great service. Thanks again Thomas and Toyota Santa Monica. Exceeded my expectations yet again!
